Our stay at Frackville was the best experience so far. Our unit was clean,neat, comfortable and quiet.
The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate for my needs, and the attending girl was helpful and courteous. Car parking area was nicely layed out with adequate lighting.
A well managed operation.

The overall stay was above average. The only problem I experienced was just when I needed to be on line for a conference call, the hotel internet went down and I missed my call.

We arrived to a very friendly greeting and invitation to help ourselves to some homemade chicken & rice soup. Most welcome after seven hours on the road. The hotel is not new but well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is away from the main highway so no problem with traffic noise. A good variety of choices for breakfast and a cosy dinning area. We will definately stay at this location when in the area again.

Upon checking in, we found the front desk clerk to be not as friendly and accomodating as other Holiday Inns front desk clerks where we have stayed at on this same trip, and vacations over the years.

Stayed at this hotel for a month, job in the area. Everyone at this hotel went out of the way to insure that we had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend if in the area.

I have been staying @ this site weekly for over a year. Only problem is Direct TV!!!!!!~ Channel selection is horrible. And the week of 1/21-1/25, it has been out. Missed prime time shows and any news!! That change was not a good move.
Hope it can be fixed.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Since we arrived at night, it was a little quirky finding our way up the "mountain", but once we found our way, it was a lovely stay from start to finish. Especially loved being able to walk to the Cracker Barrel in the front parking lot. We were both very tired and it was a very quiet, restful and relaxing night.
