The staff of the hotel restaurant were fantastic, most notably Cherish, and Ellen. Adam at the bar was exceptional as well.
Disappointing, was the room still not being cleaned/stocked by 4pm- the staff had all day to get it done. I was gone all day for 3 days straight from 7-4, giving the staff plenty of time to make it to my room. I don't think "cleaned by 4pm" is too much to ask.

All the departments that I encountered while staying at the Holiday Inn: front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and when we requested to have our room refreshed while we were out for an hour they made it happened. Definitely would recommend.

All of the facilities were well maintained and the staff was quite friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I rented a EXEC JACUZZI SUITE for my girlfriends 21st birthday to have a romantic night and it was so filthy. Tons of dust hanging over the bed, all over the sprinklers and everywhere else. Couch had strings hanging from it from falling apart and Chex mix all over underneath it. Tape on the ceiling. Then to top it all off on the way in the jacuzzi the side panel falls off and talk about dirty. There was a crusty wash cloth that looked like it was there for years, dirt and more dust. Wasn't a nice birthday gift that's for sure!!!!!!

We especially appreciated the location of this hotel, near Bishop Airport. We left at 4:30 AM on the courtesy van and were able to leave our vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Excellent service!

This hotel was great every staff member was very nice and helpful, from the "front desk, van drivers, housekeeping and of course the restaurant and bar staff". We had a great visit and I will come back. Oh by the way my nephew had a great wedding.

The room was comfortable, the air conditioning unit a little loud. However, this morning when I went to take a shower I found two long hairs still in the tub. One was on the shower curtain and one up near the shower head. I travel a significant amount of time and I will not stay at a hotel twice if there is hair in the bathtub - it indicates to me a lack of attention to detail in other areas.

Hotel is nice but of all the hotels we have stayed in on our trip which is considerable, every hotel served a continental breakfast or a full breakfast and their daily rate for the room was less than what you charged.

Our room at the hotel was nice, especially since we had an upgrade.
We were very disappointed that the television service did not include NBCSN for the Stanley Cup hockey game during our stay.

The staff and management made our 50th class reunion at General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) a real pleasant and enjoyable experience. We used Holiday Inn for the 40th ten years ago and will use it for the 60th, if I am still around!

I spent a night at the Holiday Inn in Flint and it was a very bad experience. Had a pool side room. Had screaming kids outside my door until nearly 11 pm. Couldn't get to sleep. Bar tender clearly didn't enjoy his job. Very rude. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I never will again.

Stayed for one night to attend a party in the area. The shuttle service and driver were perfect. The room was clean and I got a great night's sleep. I will stay here again.

Unexpectantly needed a room due to a power outage at home. Arrived after 9:30 pm. Front desk was helpful. No problem with sleeping in the next morning. Had planned to say another night but power was restored late the following day. No problem checking out late and returning home. Very good experience. Would recommend to anyone. Only negative no refrigerator/microwave in room

My experience with the staff at the front desk was not a positive experience. I dealt with three different front desk staff and they were all rude. Not one smile from any of them, did not greet me as a Platinum member and acted like they could care less if I stayed at the hotel. I won’t ever stay there again. There is a Holiday Inn Express off of I-75 in Grand Blanc. I will give them a try next time I’m in the area.

Called front desk twice, but nothing was ever done to resolve the loud kids and adults in the hallway. This made for very long and sleepless night. I just think they just want to get you there, and heck with how your stay is or was! Very disappointed, worst experience I have had with a IHG property!

The experience was great.. I wish I had more time to spend in my room . Every request to the staff was addressed promptly and the staff was just wonderful. The location of my room was excellent.. I was treated so nicely and everything that I needed was done in the matter of minutes. They definitely put the customer first here; you can't say that about many hotels anymore.. My family and I had a great time staying here and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! (:

One of my biggest concerns is the staff losing my credit card info I placed on file. nobody took responsibility for their actions made me concern all night that they put my credit card info on another room. Also there was a group of kids running up and down the hall and the staff did nothing about it.

Our overall stay was acceptable but for some unknown reason our room after the first night was never serviced till I tracked down a housekeeping person and directed them to my room a 6:30 in the evening. Even at that, the bathroom was not completely serviced as toilet tissue was not replenished and remained that way for the balance of our stay.

The hotel itself is large and clean. It offers a restaraunt, bar, and room service. We took advantage of the extremely expensive room service to order a pizza, which was less appetizing than a frozen pizza served at home. We had issues with the key cards not allowing us into our room two seperate times, which made us have to walk all the way down to the front desk to have them re-programmed. The heat was unbearable and the thermostat was unclear if it was even functioning. Despite all the unnecessary inconveniences, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.
