Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Staff were efficient and friendly. Greeted you when you arrived at or left the hotel. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were great. The bathroom needs a little updating however very clean. Food choices at the free breakfast could be improved with fresher products. May 26, 2015

Holiday Inn Express offered just what a quick trip required: a comfortable bed, clean room, great access to television programs and/or internet, and a good breakfast. And we are on our way. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed No immediate recognition when we were standing at desk to check-in. Guest Service Rep did not recognize me as an IHG member nor offer 500 points or water. She did not mention where anything was in hotel nor let us know hours of breakfast. That was very unusual and there were no phones interrupting her nor were there any other guests waiting to check in. They had a tacky white-board with my name hand written on it. I did receive the 500 points. Room not the standards I have come to expect from IHG properties. Older furniture, mattress needing replacement, room dusty, hair in bathroom. Towels very thin and bath mat ragged. Public areas were not up to the standard of cleanliness offered by IHG properties. Breakfast bar had a great variety and food was excellent. Breakfast attendant was very friendly. Three housekeepers came into breakfast area, made themselves a plate, sat down to eat and started discussing other employees they didn't care for, etc. I have come to expect an excellent product, friendly service and clean, comfortable accommodations from IHG properties, which is why I continue to choose them. This experience will make me think twice on choosing a Holiday Inn Express when traveling. May 12, 2015
