Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by everything was pretty great i originally grew up in this small town so every once in awhile i have to make the trip back for family visits. this particular trip i had my boyfriend and his 2 kids with me so staying at the parents house wasn't an option. i chose this hotel because of the reputation holiday inn expresses have and because of the pool. the room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. the staff couldn't have been nicer and young (the hotel manager) even insisted to open my bottle of wine after i asked to borrow a corkscrew. i would most definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice but... hotel offered a nice alternative to the high prices up the road in Lafayette. Its nice fairly new hotel. We had no hot water the first night, zero, non. Makes for a darn cold shower. Next day had some hot and some cold, my wife had alternating hot and cold in her shower. Room, though marked no smoking and having to sign a waiver that we would not smoke in the room, sure smelled like smoke May 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and, more recently, with our baby and puppy. We've had good experiences every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a good price. The breakfast is nice as well. I can't think of any problems that we've had. The staff has always been courteous and when we've forgotten something, like a toothbrush, they provided one for free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. February 7, 2013
