Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service We arrived at 2am very tired, the night staff did not welcome us as Spire Elite, were very rude , did not offer welcome bonus or free drink. Would not allocate room until paid for in full at 2am, even though this was booked via my IHG account my credit card is logged and gives guarantee of payment with IHG , I stay at IHG Hotels c 150 nights per year and have never had to pay in full on arrival .. I have since emailed the hotel direct to advise of not receiving the welcome bonus points with no response.?? May 22, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Management policies Management needs to review their policy regarding having air conditioning available for the customer during the non-summer months - especially when the weather starts to warm during the spring. The room I stayed in was very hot and stuffy and the only option to cool it down was to open the window - but then I had to deal with the traffic noise outside and keep the lights off so as not to attract bugs. When I turned the "air" on the fan would only blow warm air - no cool air - no matter what the thermostat said. At the very least if it would circulate some cooler air that would have helped. Parking at this hotel is a problem. They have very limited parking available and if you don't arrive early enough to get a parking spot from the hotel then you must go find a place to park - generally a lot more expensive as it cost me 29 Euro vice what the hotel would charge. When you make a reservation the hotel should allow you to book a parking spot if you need it or at least tell you that they don't have one available. If you arrive later you're generally out of luck. I did notice that there were about 5-6 places (out of about 20 total) in their parking garage that were "reserved" and thus not available for guests. The reserved spots that I saw when I arrived and when I left were vacant but of course not available because they were "reserved". Bottom line - I won't stay at this location again. May 15, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ロケーションの良さと簡便でクリーンな利用 快適な滞在であった。 ストュットガルトを18時に経ち、20時にチェックインし、翌朝フランクフルト航空に行き、日本へ帰った。 トランジットの1泊旅行としては、場所的にも、部屋の設備・環境としても満足している。 フロントのスタッフが不足しているため、近隣のレストランについて情報を得 ようとしても、他のチェックイン客が多く、聞くことができなかった。 フランクフルトHbhからフランクフルト空港まで、通常のSバーンが閉鎖で、バスで移動したが、その情報をホテルのチェックアウト時にフロントスタッフから聞きたかった。 May 5, 2016
