Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Great location, close to Frankfurt amenities and transportation. The walkway from the paraking garage to the lobby stinks like cigarrete smoke. June 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by we had a pleasant stay We had a pleasant stay in the Holiday Inn Frankfurt. It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet but relatively small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast gave us a fresh start everyday. The only minus was that we had to pay for the internet. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and good breakfast Check-in already at 11.30 h possible, friendly and competent staff at counter. Next time we will choose this hotel again. June 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable room We stayed in a very comfortable room (#128). Roomy. June 4, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice The location of the hotel is good - you can reach the center or the river by foot (but you do have to walk for several minutes). Parking was difficult to find near the hotel. The hotel has it's own parking, for a fee of 15 euros, but the space is limited and when we arrived, there was no room left. The surrounding area is not so problematic as mentioned in other reviews. There are cafes and restaurants near the hotel, there are some immigrants areas, but it's all seemed OK and safe. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and let us the feeling we were bothering him. He gave us just 1 card to the room, although we were a family of 4. You need the card for the elevator, you need it again to enter the corridor and again in the room (for electricity), which is not so comfortable. The room itself is fine, big enough, clean. Big flat screen TV. The design was dull, with dark walls and no pictures to break the dullness. The bathroom is fine, the shower cap was fine, with a good current. Didn't like the fact that the sink in the bathroom was higher than usual - not comfortable for short people. Also, the buttons to flush the water in the bathroom are located behind the toilet lid, which makes you have to close the lid each time you want to flush the water. Breakfast was good - besides the usual jams, there were different breads, hams, cheese, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, many fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, big croissants and a good coffee machine. Wi-fi internet costs money, but priority club members get it for free. All in all - a nice hotel for a short stay in the center of Frankfurt. May 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location A really nice and neat Holiday Inn Express, a few blocks walk to Frankfurt main station. With a few variety of nice restaurants nearby including exceptionally nice Chinese restaurant across the street. Highly recommended. May 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Big room and great breakfast The location is perfect (between main station and Willy Brandt Platz). The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very big with a nice bathroom. Only Problem: one night, a football club (14 years old boys) stayed in the hotel and one group just in the room next to ours. It was quiet difficult to sleep as they run around and screamed etc. May 16, 2013
