Wie immer ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal ein Hotel in Frankfurt benötige.

...I wanted a clean room with basic functions. I was quite shocked to find the room dirty, with a broken shower and a non-working internet connection. I've never had to complain about a room before but I'm afraid I just had to. The person on the front desk changed my room without any question which was fantastic.
The new room was much cleaner although the toilet had hairs over it and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. But it was much much better.
The breakfast area was excellent and the bar in the evenings was a bonus after a long day working. The location was handy for where I was working and there was always someone to sort out the car park ticket when I needed to leave. I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Expresses now and the room [ yes it was a standard ] I did not really enjoy at all.
I would stay here again but would make sure I had a better room and would hope the cleaning is better as that was a real let down. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Lage des Hotels sehr gut und zentral. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

I've absolutely nothing to complain about my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt-Messe. The location is very good for the Messe and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly all the time – at check-in, during breakfast, at check-out.

Hello, i was in Frankfurt - Messe
Holliday Inn Hotel last March 15th and i think that is a very conffortable place and beautifull city, but i was a problem with my Priority Points because the nights are not charged to my account. I hope you can check and solvent. Thanks you.

Everything is good apart from the shower.
The shower gives extreme temperature water.
It is either very hot or very cold.

Holiday Inn Messe Frankfurt is close to the venue - infact on a nice day you could walk - a healthy 25 minute walk.
It snowed so the hotel organised shuttle buses - which were useful but because I was working during build up of the exhibition I had to use normal taxis. Town Centre is a bit further to get too so would suggest a taxi or car hire or No.37 bus gets you there in 10 minutes. Staff were ok., although some forgot that we were the customers. Property was clean and the rooms were usual small size but very clean and fresh linen was good. Would I stay again for a show yes, would I stay for pleasure - No., bu then I would most likely not travel to Frankfurt other than business - so its ideal.

We chose the hotel for our visit to the Messe. The room was not very spectacular no room amenities and quite small, but it was clean and practical. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
