Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable rooms and the service was great My room was very clean with nice features. (great water pressure). Rooms have digital thermostat which i love. The tv's are modern with good internet. I recommend the oasis southwest grill if you're looking for a local place to eat. I've stayed in a lot of holidays inns and this is a great hotel. The reccomendation for dinner could not have been better. We intend to make this one of out stops every year as we make our way south January 31, 2014

The staff has always been courteous and taken care of any requests I have had. They provide a decent breakfast in the morning and have some variety day to day. The rooms have always been clean and neat when I arrive and maintained each day. There is a variety of restaurants in the immediate area and some basic shopping centers. Overall, this is a good location to stay if you are in the Portland, Tn. or Franklin, Ky. areas. January 5, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No microwave, poor Air Conditioning Room was supposed to have a microwave. We were traveling with an infant and the microwave would have been a welcomed addition to the room. Brackets were there but no oven. The AC could not cool the room which was set at 73 degrees upon arrival. Very hot and uncomfortable night in room 228. No recognition of Priority Club members. On the plus side, breakfast the next morning was excellent and plentiful. Staff very friendly. January 5, 2014
