Friendly service, clean rooms safe and secure surroundings. I have two recommendation/suggestion 1: would be to provide a fresh water station either in the foyer or next to the coffee station - so guests can refill water bottles. 2: Do not allow large bags nor luggage into the breakfast area - the area is quite small as it is. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Ammenities My family and I were traveling and decided to stop during our travels. The rate was good and the entrance was quite inviting. I was amazed at the quality of professionalism of the staff! They catered to our needs as a family traveling with small children and children with disabilities. The common area as well as the room were both inviting and surpassed our families expectations. My family and I felt as though we were treated like royalty when we arrived and throughout our stay. We feel like we were spoiled there and will measure all future stays against this one. I highly recommend this location to everyone! December 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pool Closure We made our reservation online after making sure this location had an indoor pool for our children. We arrived at the hotel late and checked in. When the kids woke up they were excited about swimming….only to go downstairs and find the pool CLOSED Would have been nice if someone would have told us this at check-in…or better yet if it had been noted on the website. We travel a lot and have had other hotels tell us upon checkin if any amenities are not working properly. VERY DISAPPOINTED December 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Level Above the Rest I spend most of my life on the road for work. I've stayed in at least 100 different hotels of various chains. This one was hands down my best experience to date. When I walked in, the GM Santosh welcomed me with a bright, cheerful, warm hello. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He suggested some great places to try for lunch and dinner. He was humble as well. His only request "If you do have compliments to share, share them about my staff." The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and comfy. The halls were well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were friendly beyond words. On my return to the hotel subsequent nights, I walked in expecting the timid, lazy "hello" I get at other hotels. I was blown away to find the staff welcome me with a confident "Good Evening, sir. How can I help you?" every time. Their eagerness to make my stay comfortable was astounding and certainly representative of Santosh's management. I can't say enough good things about my stay here and I hope to return someday on vacation instead of business. December 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms, outstanding service Traveled with 2 young grandchildren. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Check in was easy, room was ready and cleaned. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for repair/maintenance, and that was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and worth the price. Would definitely stay here again. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay - just ask about the pool in advance... We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and have had pleasant stays each time. When I booked our room for this past weekend with the IHG app, I decided to directly call the property afterwards. I wanted to ask about the status of their pool and hot tub, since the Holiday Inn in my local area currently has its pool area closed for renovation. The front desk representative who answered my call told me that their pool was also closed for repairs. I kept my reservation, because it is still a good property to use for a quick getaway, but I might have been a little upset, if I arrived without knowing this in advance. It would be helpful for the website and reservation app to disclose important amenity details such as this, in order to avoid guest issues. November 29, 2014
