After a very long day driving in bad weather I chose this hotel to stop for the night. I travel for business and stay at Holiday Inn's quite a lot. This was a pretty nice one. The only issue I had was with the single cup coffee maker in the room. I absolutely hate them as they make a mess when they brew and you can't adjust the strength of the coffee. Other than my frustration with the coffee pot, it was a good experience and I might stay there again when through that area.

Nice place and clean. We needed a place while traveling up north and this served the purpose. Breakfast was excellent just wish it started earlier than 7am on weekends.

This hotel is right off of I-65 and there are two restaurants within walking distance, as well as a McDonalds within sight. The Sol Azteca restaurant gives you a discount on your order if your show them your room key.
My wife and I stopped here on our way to Florida. I was greeted warmly at check-in and given a room upgrade to a suite due to my Platinum Priority Club status. This is the first hotel where I've had this done without asking for an upgrade. All of the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.
The suite was a large room with a small sink and a microwave in the kitchen area. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was a little too firm for my liking.
The shower had a good strong spray. There were soft bath towels, except for one that I put to the side. Also, the bathroom had an exhaust fan which seems to be rare these days.
We had a problem with the TV having sound on only one station, but the front desk person came to our room within 5 minutes and resolved the problem so we could watch the show we were interested in seeing.

Easy access from I 65. We warmly welcomed - impressed with cleanliness of facility and comfort of bed. Great hot, fresh breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Also, great value!

We stopped on our way to and from Florida. We drove an extra 300 miles on the return trip just so we could stay in Franklin. See you all next year.

Convenient motel to split trip from Cincinnati to Memphis, the staff make this my motel of choice. Always friendly and helpful. I have arthritis in my shouldlers and back, and the hot tub provides relief from the road. I would rate higher if only their heating units had accurate readouts.

After 12 hours on the road, we stopped at Franklin's Holiday Inn Express and requested a king room. We were greeted by a sincere, witty desk clerk who made us feel welcome as guests. Our upgraded room had a whirlpool tub, which relaxed us completely after such a long day of driving. The morning desk clerk was upbeat and happy to hear that we would return to Franklin on another trip.

We stayed here (our 2nd visit to this hotel) with our college age son. The room was large enough for all 3 of us to feel comfortable. There was a pull out couch for our son which met his needs. It was great to have free internet as he likes to check up on his friends via his computer. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area. The night manager was very friendly. There was no water in the vending machine so he gave me enough for myself and my 2 family members.

When we travel to visit our son, Frankin is almost exactly halfway. Our stays at he Holiday Inn Express are always restful. We are treated very well by the entire staff. If your have time there is a very nice antique mall nearby and an excellent resturant on the other side of the stoplight.

I travel constantly with my job. Holiday Inn is my hotel chain of choice, but I must say that the Franklin Holiday Inn has risen to the top. The facility is comfortable and very well maintained. The staff (all of them) are professional and accommodating, requests are handled graciously and does not leave you feeling as though you have been an imposition.
I highly recommend staying at the Franklin Holiday Inn, even if it means you have to drive a little further in the morning to get to your meeting.

I have stayed in lots of hotels with my daughter's travel soccer team, including other Holiday Inn Expresses. This experience was not pleasant to say the least. I had changed my nights stay from two to one and had the confirmation number and e-mail from the travel agent that the hotel and soccer tournament had made us go through. The desk manager Kyle and General manager Santosh were rude and made the miscommunication between the travel agency and the hotel my fault. I was talked too in a way that was not customer freindly to put it mildly. They said it was not their fault that they did not get the new confirmation and that I was to pay for both nights. I had shown both of them my e-mail confirmation on my phone. Only after the travel agency was contacted by me on Monday did the hotel then send me an e-mail that they would not charge me for two nights stay. They were not going to work this out with the travel agency. They said it was not their fault and did not have to do anything but charge me for two nights.Then in their e-mail letting me know I was not being charged for two nights after-all, they actually said that they hoped I enjoyed my stay and would hope that I would come back to stay with them. WOW!

I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when it became very dark and there was a threat of rain. I decided that rather than drive in that, I would stop for the night. So glad I did! This hotel was great! I will stop again if I am traveling thru the area and need a place to stay! Everyone was so very nice - something that is rare for a hotel these days!
