Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean Everything was great. Really only used the Hotel to sleep. We spent the day and evening at the Dressage Show. Will stay there again next year. Only wish there were more computers to use. Each time I wanted to get on there was someone there and they stayed there for a long while. I will bring my own next year. October 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel - good location I was in Philly to welcome my 4th grand nephew. Unfortunately, I was there the same weekend as the Pope. The value of the hotel, I'm sure, would have been fine under normal circumstances. They raised the price of the rooms for the weekend, thus making it more expensive than it was really worth. Still in all, it's a nice hotel, the room and bed were quite comfotable, the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and it's in a nice location. I would definitely stay there again, if I have occasion to be in that area. October 7, 2015

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. It is convenient to the show and to all businesses and restaurants we like in the area. The rooms are clean and well cared for. Even the breakfast in the morning is good. October 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Too bad the staff is there... The hotel is a great location and the quality of the rooms, beds, and amenities are fine, but the staff was subpar by all standards. The cleaning staff decided to hold up the only elevator in the hotel to argue and fight with each other then proceeded to jam into the elevator with myself and 2 other guests with smelly garbage bags in hand to ride the 4 floors down. I had garbage bags touching my legs the whole ride down which I can honestly say as a paying hotel guest, was a first in my life! Later that night when I realized I forgot my toothbrush, I called the front desk to request one be brought up, I was told I needed to come downstairs and get it because she was the only one there and she didn't know when she would be able to bring it I went down the smelly elevator again to get a toothbrush since there was only 1 person on staff according to the woman at the front desk. I would never recommend this hotel to paying customers, if you are getting a free stay, ok, and if you know what you are getting into, ok, but I would not stay here again. September 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to usual standards I have stayed here several times a year for a number of years, probably ten years. Usually my experience is good or very good. This time, though, we checked in at 9:00 p.m. into a room that was weary at best, not fresh, as if it had not been recently used. AC worked, but not quickly or well. This never happened to me before. Checking in late should not mean receiving an inferior room; they should all be the same quality. Breakfast was disappointing: one dried out cinnamon roll and one dried out biscuit, fruit not ripe, and staff made no effort to refill hot food, only the dry cereal boxes. Front desk staff was fine. I appreciate being able to print out boarding passes on hotel computer. No express check-out, which was surprising. I will stay here again to see if this was a unique experience. If it is the same, I will book elsewhere. September 8, 2015
