Friendly staff, a clean facility, good breakfast choices and very comfortable beds made the stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The only drawback is that the driveway can be tricky until you get used to it. February 2, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Crowded Of all the IHG properties at which I have stayed, this is one of the most comfortable. A clean room, comfortable sheets, and the excellence of the IHG brand make this hotel a must-stay; in fact, it's so good that a rowdy breakfast crowd of teens was the only drawback, but how often will that happen? Check-in was welcoming even without fresh cookies so there's always room for improvement. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff appeared as if they thoroughly enjoyed working here. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel horrible desk clerk The gentleman that checked is in was disshelved and horribly rude at checkin. He didn't greet us, slammed around pens, paper, and shoved the paper for us to signin and initial. I am shocked he's allowed to be the first impression of this hotel. The room was very nice, beds comfortable and a nice updated bathroom. It was my second stay at this hotel. Not sure I'd be back after that last encounter at check in. There are so many other choices in this area that I'm sure would welcome my business. January 25, 2016

Expectations are aways the same and that is impeccable in all ways including booking the room with Kenny and just being treated like we are the only guest at the Inn. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff-horrible room assignment Asked to be away from elevator /ice maker so I could rest from 10 hour drive. Was put in room next to group who was so loud - yelling/slamming door-could not sleep. Room had a connecting door ( reason??) Actually had to go over and ask them to be quiet.. I understand that it's more efficient to sell rooms close together, but why they don't assign rooms based on customer needs / requests proves their customer service is not a priority. Why not ask for a room change? Too tired to have to go through it January 21, 2016

Ii asked if I had been credited with rewards points on my previous stay here one week earlier and was told no. When I asked if he could correct this for me he said no, even though I showed him my printout of my previous confirmation reservation with my rewards number listed. January 18, 2016
