Other guests were noisy and had lack of common decently walking up and down Halls speaking in loud voices both late at night and early in the morning. July 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Skip This Hotel - You'll Thank Us! We have stayed in a dozen Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past two weeks, as we travel from Colorado to New York, taking a Southern route. This Holiday Inn Express was the worst - by far. In fact, we like Holiday Inn Express, which is why we stay there every night. But this hotel clearly has lousy management. ALL the luggage carts were broken. The swimming pool was out of service. There were long periods of time when no one - not a soul - was at the front desk. The individual who checked us in, Benjamin, was nasty, impatient, angry, and about as unpleasant as possible. We witnessed other guests who couldn't find anyone to help them at the front desk. The general manager is named Tammy. We spoke with her on the way out and she apologized. But she runs a lousy shop. Our guess is that the owners understaff the hotel and make little effort to make guests happy. There are other Holiday Inn Express hotels in the area. Be smart, book your reservation at one of them. p.s. They don't have a washer or dryer. They advise using a laundry mat more than 1 mile away. July 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Time for a make over. Time for new bedding. Toilet seat not connected properly. Air/Heating unit lid broken. Check in time 3:00. Arrived at 5:00. Greeted as first guest that evening but still had to wait 20 minutes to get access to room. July 10, 2015
