Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Total comfort, service, and friendly staff My husband and I needed some rest and relaxation and decided to go back to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Freeport, ME. We had stayed there twice in 2015, and had a pleasant experience. We were greeted by a friendly desk receptionist named Stephanie. She helped explain about the IHG Reward Club and how it works. She also tried to help me get my tablet to work. The room was perfect and spotless. The breakfast was even better than it was last year. The only complaint was we didn't like the big, fat, pillows. Overall, I would highly recommend our friends and family to stay here. February 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PLACE TO STAY WE WENT AS A FAMILY GETAWAY AND HAD A GREAT TIME. THE SERVICE WAS IMMEDIATE AND THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND SMELLED VERY FRESH NO NASTY SMOKER SMELL. THE CABLE WAS A LITTLE SLOW BUT THERE WASN'T MUCH TIME TO WATCH TV. IT IS A VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY AND THE FAMILY LOVED IT. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by getaway The hotel was very nice, but shower had some issues with cleanliness... shower curtain was filthy, hair stuck to it... Breakfast was average at best, no bacon, other than that the normal selection at any holiday inn. Staff was amazing, keep up the good work here!!! you really feel welcomed when checking in!! Overall a nice place, and close to downtown Freeport for shopping.. January 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 comfortable bed Liked that the room was not cluttered. You need to increase the temp of the hot water. Shower was on full bull hot and it was still not hot enough at night then the next morning to wash our faces it was still not warm enough. Fitness room and pool hours need to be extended.
