There wasn't any of the usual perks given to Priority Club members and I was never greeted by name. No hot coffee except during breakfast which was a huge disappointement given that there was snow on the ground. November 14, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel experience in Freeport, ME This is a very nice Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very friendly and a bonus was an upgraded room. Hotel is new, very bright, modern public areas. Upgraded room had microwave, refrigerator and sofa bed. Location is a short drive from all the shopping and stores in downtown Freeport. I would recommend this location as very comfortable hotel with a value pricing. November 7, 2012

Down town is just that, in down town. People always friendly and helpful. I notched down on breakfast variety only because it is standard HI E breakfast, but it was plentiful and hot.
