Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant experience. This hotel offers friendly service, some of it exceptional, and comfortable surroundings. Rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast is tasty and there is a pretty impressive variety, including fresh fruit. Fresh cookies are featured at the front desk on some days and we understand the Manager's dinners are very nice and feature free wine/beer. (We were never around when those were offered.) Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to relax this past weekend Jan. 1 to 4. 1st nite of 4, asked maid to pls. leave 2-3 extra towels, she even accepted a $5.00 tip, but did not leave towels, the front desk team was great gave me the towels and than she didn't even empty trash under the sink from guest the night before, so on the second day I did leave it out for her to see the next morning. Hot tub was great for the body if you drove all day and wanted to relax, but it really was very cold once you get out. finally breakfast food was just warm not hot like other locations. The juice machine was out of 3 different kinds of juice, I think it had only orange juice, the young employee, said we are out the whole weekend. January 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and pleasant service When we first pulled up we thought the hotel seemed a little old. But once we were in we could tell right away that the staff really takes pride in their work. From the front desk (with extra thanks to Anthony) to all the service staff we had everything we needed and felt very welcome. The evening receptions (Mon-Thu) were a very unexpected extra and the man running them was just awesome. Thanks so much Tiger (Alejandro), we really appreciated your hard work! December 17, 2014
