The breakfast buffet was always clean and well maintained. What really brings me back is the comfortable beds!! February 7, 2013

The service is expceptional, and the front desk is always smiling and there to help and serve. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Breakfast is a great added benefit and if you walk away unsatisfied it is your fault. I have stayed at other places in Fremont and you are number one. Thank you. February 1, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No customer complaint investigation. I trust the cable problem has been remedied. For 5 days, I was restricted because of signal loss. The third day and third day of reporting the problem, I was told..you are the only one complaining about this problem. Room 406, check it out. Other than that, I always stay with Holiday Inn Express. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and very clean hotel I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Fremont many times. I always find the staff very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to provide their customers with the best possible experience. On this particular trip, I noticed the toilet was leaking water. I exited my room to report the matter to the front desk. Upon exiting my room, the maintenance man happened to be in the hall. I explained the situation and showed him the issue. I left for a few hours. When I returned, the toilet had been repaired. Prompt, courteous service! November 20, 2012
