Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A night out This is a great place to stay! It has been recently remodeled and looks great. They have a great breakfast, if you go away hungry its your own fault. If I had two suggestions for them; 1) Get the Big Ten Network 2) Have your manager's reception on Saturday evening like the one in Omaha. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel I only stayed here for one night. The interesting thing is that I did not know anything about the hotel and assumed it was new. Everything about it had the feel like a new property. Carpetting, walls, the look of the room and bathroom, etc. No strange odors. I was shocked when the front desk person mentioned that it was about 11 years old, if I understood her correctly, but that they had just completed a big renovation. They did a nice job. In addition, they had a happy hour with beer and wine. Overall, nice place to stay if you get to Fremont, NE November 18, 2013

We especially liked the friendly and helpful staff, very nice. And the refurbishing of the rooms, lobby and lounge areas were so beautiful and fun! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hopefully Lisa is here when you check in. The Jacuzzi is nice and hot but... only tickles you on one side of it and then...well just warms you on the other. I got up to go jump in the 42:( inchs pool.... So, can we please fix the jacuzzi? Adults go to a jacuzzi for muscle aid NOT warmth and a slight tickle. If you are a Corporation using a CLC card, make sure Lisa is around. I am a known early arrival, and only when Lisa is around do I feel important (holding a CLC card). She looks at you and treats you like a customer(period). If Lisa is not around, another employee will make you feel like you don't belong here at this time so just wait! (for real) The, I'm way to busy for you to be here right now and you should know it. (type of girl) Very unnecessary in this type of work. After talking to the crew, they are only given 50 minutes per room. So...., what are the odds of EVERY SINGLE person in a sold out hotel, are checking out at 12pm? This would explain my after 1pm check in when I arrived around 11am. This place could be the best. Just need to work out a glitch in the customer service. October 13, 2013

She did an exceptional job to give us a great room as well as ensure we didn't have to move rooms from one night to another ( I had a "pay" reservation on the front end of 2 "rewards nights" reservation.) She truly made me feel like a Platinum member..... which is not always the case :-) Also, I have stayed here before and the newly remodeled foyer and breakfast area is really nice. October 1, 2013

Also, the front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. They always greeted us as we came in and out and always asked if there was anything we needed. I would stay there again. September 24, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Newly remodeled with some bugs I had a newly remodeled room. There are a few issues and plusses; First the issues: The glass top on the work desk wouldn't register on the optical mouse on my computer. The bathroom was dim and very poorly laid out. I couldn't reach the towels from the tub and I couldn't reach anything from the toilet, including the paper. Watch out for the flush, it can be startling. The plusses: There are lots of plugs in the room in convenient places. The TV, Fridge, and Microwave are great plusses Breakfast was very good, though somewhat limited because it was in temporary quarters while the breakfast room was being remodeled. There was some still packed furniture in the lobby. again part of the remodeling. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. September 5, 2013

Staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Two women who managed the breakfast were constantly moving to make sure the entire spread was plentiful and refreshed. I had used Holiday Inn quite often when working and there was always coffee when I checked in and early in the morning. When I left this hotel at 6:10 am there was no coffee and was told not until breakfast was put out!! I would not recommend staying here and needed early departure. August 27, 2013

The new pool area was great; large waterpark themed swimming area for children, but as retirees, we appreciated the layout as the hot tub area was still quiet. Staff could not have been more accommodating and.friendly -- from front desk to breakfast service to housekeeping. One of our absolute favorite Holiday Inns. July 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Under Renovation We stayed at this facility to attend a wedding. The hotel was under renovation during our stay. We were able to stay in one of the recently renovated rooms and found it to be very attractive. Our grandkids and great nieces and nephews really enjoyed the pool area and had a great time. The breakfast could use a little bit more variety and the pancake machine didn't work for one of the days. I still prefer waffles to the pancakes. Otherwise, the stay was just fine. June 9, 2013
