My family and I have stayed at this motel several nights for our son's hockey games. The staff was always courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was always clean and well maintained. What really brings me back is the comfortable beds!!

We frequent Holiday Inn Express in Fremont to visit our son at Midland. The service is expceptional, and the front desk is always smiling and there to help and serve. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Breakfast is a great added benefit and if you walk away unsatisfied it is your fault. I have stayed at other places in Fremont and you are number one. Thank you.

While the facility and its amenities are very good, it is the staff that make this an Excellent experience. They are extremely caring that everyone's stay is suberb.

I trust the cable problem has been remedied. For 5 days, I was restricted because of signal loss. The third day and third day of reporting the problem, I was told..you are the only one complaining about this problem. Room 406, check it out.
Other than that, I always stay with Holiday Inn Express. Just maybe not in Fremont anymore.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Fremont many times. I always find the staff very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to provide their customers with the best possible experience. On this particular trip, I noticed the toilet was leaking water. I exited my room to report the matter to the front desk. Upon exiting my room, the maintenance man happened to be in the hall. I explained the situation and showed him the issue. I left for a few hours. When I returned, the toilet had been repaired. Prompt, courteous service!

STAFF WAS VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY...ROOMS WERE CLEAN, KIDS ENJOYED THE WATER PARK AND EXERCISE ROOM.
Only downfall was no comfy chairs to watch TV in.

From the moment we walked in the door the employees of the hotel provided us with prompt, friendly, customer service.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room was very clean and comfortable and had modern upgrades.
A hand written thank you note was received the next week.
Every request that my guests and I had were granted.
