The hotel is nice and the staff greets you as soon as you walk in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is average. I will be staying hete while on travel with job this summer.

The staff at this motel is in need of training. I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn in 12 years of being a platinum member that treated customers with as little respect as the front desk staff here. Our billing was messed up, our reservations were messed up, and the staff was very unfriendly. We wanted to make future reservations of 60+ nights and wanted a better rate but were denied. The hotel lost out on our reservations as we went to a competitor down the road and got an excellent rate and were treated much better. This is a nice hotel very clean and pleasant.

The walls are very thin so we could hear everything and every step that been walked above us. Therefore it was very difficult to sleep and relax after a long day of driving. But the stuff were very anderstanding and triad to do everything they could to keep the quite.

When we got to the hotel, our room was freezing. The lid to the wall unit was up so we thought that the wall unit was broken. Little did we know that the thermostat was on the wall. I tried to call down to the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I walked down and explained to the front desk. She walked up with me and fixed the problem. She went above and beyond making the situation better, even though it was a minor problem in our eyes. Was very impressed with the staff at the Fremont, Ohio location. Best I have had at a hotel yet!!

I have been staying in this hotel Monday-Friday since January 6th. Mary Jane the staff member at the morning breakfast is a great asset. She is always smiling and has a great "wake-up" attitude. The only issue I have is that when staying at other Holiday Inn Express properties there is one day a week that refreshments are served in the evening. This particular hotel does this sporatically and does not put notification out in the morning of or evening prior so people could come down after work without stopping for dinner first. There have only been 2 occations in the time I have been there. There was food but nothing to drink, not even water.

I stayed here for a lengthy business trip and everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accomidating for all of my requests. I had to be to work well before the scheduled time for breakfast, however the staff was willing to start early and have most, if not all, of the breakfast choices available almost an hour early. There were several in our group working night shifts and the staff worked it out so that their rooms would be cleaned at night. The hotel is clean, nice, and new. The indoor pool was a little cooler than I would have liked (around 80) but was still a nice indoor facility. The only down side was the lack of a hot tub. Easily accessed from the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/90) and less than a mile to Wal-Mart, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, ect, ect... I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area or passing through.

The only problem that we experienced was the ringing of our room phone one evening, starting around 1030 pm. Woke us up, after the fourth time, we unplugged both phones. We were told that the wind had something to do with it, this must be fixed. Also our toilet seat was extremely loose, attempted to fix it, but couldn't.

I have stayed at this location twice in the past month and each time it has been a pleasure. The front desk clerk Christine has been especially friendly, as was the breakfast hostess. I can't recall her name- Mary Ann? I was told that during a recent snow storm, quite a few of the staff did not go home for fear they would not be able to return. Rather, they stayed there at the hotel in order to ensure the visiting guests were taken care of. This sort of dedication is rare and ought to be commended in every possible way.

New facility great and courteous staff. Came into town on a travel ban thanks to the polar vortex. Everyone on staff was more than helpful and understanding during the emergency situation. They helped us find who was open for dinner and we had a great stay

We only stayed one night on our way back east. The staff was very helpful. We found the breakfast to be better than most places that offer complimentary breakfast.

Over Priced and my room was 52 degrees, had to ask 3 times get my room changed . Heater only change room temp,52 to 62 in three hour? Heater was turned off at thermostat.

We enjoyed out stay in the Fremont area. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Our only cons would be that we wish the pool area had a whirlpool in addition to the pool and that we did not find the mattresses comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I travel a lot for business and have stayed at some really great 5 star hotel properties, and this hotel for the price, cleanliness, staff and overall experience gets a 5 star recommendation at a great budget price!! The staff was extremely accommodating, the rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and decorated very nice! If traveling through Fremont, Ohio this hotel will not let you down!!

Hotel was exceptional! The lady who set up the breakfast was the most efficient in all my travels. Hats off to her, she truly is an asset to your establishment. She takes pride in her job and it flows onto your guest :) Morning Manager was very pleasant and desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was very fresh and presented itself well.

It is an easy off,easy on from the tollway.
The room was nicely decorated, bed comfortable and clean.
The night managers were very efficient and helpful.
Most OUTSTANDING and ATTENTIVE was MJ the breakfast manager!! The cinnamon rolls were excellent!
We would definitely stay here again.

Stopped here as a more or less half way point on the interstate drive between Baltimore and Chicago. Easy access from I 80, despite road construction (have to be in the right lane for the correct exit until the roadwork is completed.)
Very comfortable bed. Clean linen. Clean bath. Even the stairwells are carpeted! Not the usual cement block decor! TV remote worked. Lights worked. No smells. No noise.
Poor internet only 1-2mbps. Would need 10 mbps for business use.
Average breakfast, but fine for a quick bite before hitting the road.

The North Fremont looks lovely, however, the attitude of the receptionist was as about as disinterested as one could be. Not a warm welcome. The directions she gave us for the restaurant were so inadequate that we never did find the one she suggested.
The room was very cold but warmed nicely. We went to use the pool after going out for dinner. The lights weren't on so I had to go to the desk to have the lights turned on. After a swim we used the towels provided. Not the usual nice towels usually provided at Holiday Inn Express.
I turned the heat to "auto" but room got quite cold during the night and even though I got up and turned up the heat it never went on. In the morning I took the thermostat off "auto" and on to "on."
We had been traveling for seven days and found the breakfast offered the most spartan of the previous nights.
I told the day receptionist that the room had been too cold and had a "ho-hum response.
Holiday Inn Express is usually my hotel of choice but North Fremont, as attractive as it is was far from the best Holiday Inn Express.
Sorry to be so negative but they need to do better.
