I spend 2-3 night away from home every week for the past 5 years. This staff is like no other. I stay in other properties but don't receive the family type Enviroment.
Being treated like family away from home can not have a price on it. If you go into this Holiday Inn ask for Cameron, Joy or Mark the manager you will not be disappointed in this team or the facility

The hotel located near many of the Fresno Medical facilities. A large selection of restaurants are located within a one mile radius of the hotel.

I had stayed at this property previously. It's a great property, as long as you're not in a wheelchair. I had forgotten about the door set-up to the bathroom from a previous stay. The bathroom door opens in such a way at to block access to the bathroom while in the wheelchair. The best way to get into the bathroom in the chair was to go out into the hallway outside the room and re-enter the room into the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

We reserved four rooms - at check in we needed to modify one of the rooms to include additional sleeping accommodations. The staff at the front desk worked hard to accommodate us but it was a slow process. In his defense, we were part of a room block and he had trouble modifying the reservations.
At check out, the temporary holds on the rooms were not released timely, so we now have to wait 7 - 10 business days for the holds to clear and must monitor the situation closely to make sure they do in fact clear - a hassle and inconvenience at the least. While it is not a problem for us, others may have trouble as this process will tie up credit limits on credit cards. Other members of our party did not have this trouble and staff didn't really explain why this was a problem but said it is "normal". In all of years of traveling, we have never had this happen before.
