My wife and I stayed for two nights, the room was as expected - clean, quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - including scrambled eggs, bacon, joghurt, fresh fruit etc. The second night was quite loud, due to a large meeting of bikers that stayed partly in this hotel, who kept revving their machines all night and played theirs music very loud on the parking lot in front of the hotel. Since this is not the fault of Holiday Inn, I can recommend this place.

While our stay was fine, quiet hotel, comfortable beds, good night's sleep, the hotel, especially carpets and furniture, could use a good cleaning. Lots of stains on carpets, furniture, hallway floors, elevator floor. Breakfast was standard for this chain of hotels, nothing special. If they did a good overall, deep cleaning, we would consider staying there again.

This is the only Holiday Inn Express, and perhaps the only hotel that I've ever seen that only provides plain Oatmeal. I normally eat Oatmeal for breakfast and always choose a flavored variety. Some hotels offer plain Oatmeal but always offer brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, etc. to make it palatable. Not this Holiday Inn Express. Only plain Oatmeal, nothing to put on it and they charge more than other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Not sure I understand.

We love the Holiday Inn. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express anytime we travel and always have a good experience.....except for this stay. I woke to the smell of wood smoke pouring into our room from the heater, The smell was so strong it burned my throat. My children and I have horrible allergies to any kind of smoke. It was too cold to turn the heater off and since it was already 5 am, I just woke my family and said "we have to get out of here". When I stopped at the desk to check out, I told the gentleman at the desk what had happened and that we didn't even get to take a shower or enjoy the breakfast. He said he would have the manager call me and refund a portion of my money. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. I'm sure they thought once we were gone.....it didn't matter. Sad that we had this experience, since we are priority members and brag on Holiday Inn express to everyone we know. Now this one will be the exception to the rule...

This hotel was an average Holiday Inn Express. Would have been nice to have been given an Upgrade, but this was not done. I had read the reviews, so I knew to ask for a room away from the noise of the highway. I was shocked that they did not have a washer and dryer for guests to use. Most Holiday Inn Express do.

EVERYTIME AM IN FRESNO I STAY HERE. I TRAVELTO FRESNO ALEAST TWICE EVERY 3 MONTHS AND CHOICE OF HOTEL IS THIS ONE EVERYTHING IS GREAT FOOD is amsome BUT THE RATE IS A LITLEBITE OVER PRICE BUT EVERTHING ELSE IS GREAT KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND AMENITIES. execlent front desk staff and housekeeping staff have your rooms very clean.

The property looks brand new. Very clean interiors and comfortable beds. However, I have been a long time platinum member and I booked this room weeks in advance. When I checked in, they did not address me as a platinum member, nor did I get the usual upgrade. I asked for a blanket and the person at the front desk told me to come down and get it myself.
