We had a great time. My family and I always stay here when we are around the area. Nothing compares to the friendliness, professionalism, and awesome staff they have!! I can't say enough about this place!!!!

A regular stop for us when traveling for medical treatments. We are typically tired and not necessarily feeling all that well. The folks at the Fulton Holiday Inn Express, always do all they can to make us feel at home.

We don't typically stay at Holiday Inn Express, not sure why, just that we normally find something a bit less expensive or better located or something.
In this case we needed a last minute place in the Fulton/Tupelo area, most places in Tupelo were booked and this HIE was available with a 2 Queen suite that would accommodate our family of 5 cheaper than anywhere else we'd looked. The reviews on Trip Advisor were very good, and we're not picky so we thought we'd give it a shot.
What a surprise to find a place we place near many boutique hotels we've stayed in in the past. If nothing else, the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. But it didn't end there, we've rarely stayed anywhere as clean and neat as this HIE. Our room was perfect, roomy and well appointed. The public areas were meticulous, comfortable and attractive.
I don't know what HIE breakfast is usually like, but this was very nice...cheese omelets, pancakes, all you can eat bacon, biscuits and gravy with lots of sausage (way better than the usual) and some very delicious cinnamon rolls.
Only downsides of this hotel have nothing to do with the hotel itself--it's in a dry county--so bring your own alcohol. Also, the GPS has it located improperly, check the map...it's across the street from Burger King, if you're on the Wal-mart side of the interstate you're on the wrong side.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JimRW Small concerns
The number of TV stations listed as available, but not available during our stay was very disappointing (e.g Fox News, Bloomberg, HBO, HBO2). This was apparently an ongoing problem,
Providing the Tupelo newspaper instead of USA Today to travelers, of whom very few are from the local area is a sign of cutting costs instead of serving the customer. Local newspapers from large metropolitan areas carry enough national and international news and sports to be of interest, but smaller regional newspapers do not.
Lack of restaurant choices (McDonald's, 2 pizza places and 1 mediocre BBQ) would also incline me not to recommend this location.
The room itself was very, very nice, as was the staff.

We travel through Fulton on a regular basis headed to and from Atlanta for medical reasons. The staff is always very accommodating and do everything possible to make us feel at home. Could not imagine better service.

I thought we had left something at a nearby restaurant and would not be able to stay and retrieve it. The desk help offered to mail it to us if we could contact the restaurant and have them get it to the hotel. (We were eventually able to get to the restaurant and pick up the item, but just knowing that they would do this , gave me piece of mind.)

We had been riding Motorcycles this day and was cold and just looking for a Holidy Inn and found this one. The front desk was really helpful and the room was above our expactions. It was a very great stay. If in the area would stay here again.
