This HI Express property is located in an area with several popular chain restaurants and gas stations available. Really easy access to the highway too.The hotel is very pretty, safe, and very clean. It was a very pleasant stay and I would love to visit again! May 11, 2013

The rooms are made for the traveling person and as always, are clean and neat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Gadsden area, whether for business or pleasure. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service & Experience as expected! We stopped at this location after a grueling 12 hours of driving towards our destination. We always stay at Holiday Inn properties and have grown use to excellent service and Priority Club perks. We were NOT disappointed! The front desk staff was courteous, efficient, and told us all we needed to know to take advantage of the amenities. She gave us snacks and water to take to our room with us and pointed out that there was pizza in the breakfast room left from a reception for guests. She mentioned that if it needed warming, we could take it to our room and use the microwave. We were so grateful! We definitely needed something to eat, but didn't feel like going out for dinner. The pizza and sodas were the perfect addition to our evening. The room was definitely up to the standards we have become use to - complete with fridge and microwave. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and helped us start our next day of travelling to our destination. All in all, I would give this location an A+ rating!
