I had attempted to reserve room ahead while on road but the website kept disconnecting as I would begin the process. I had, however, seen the mobile internet rate which was reasonable. When I went to check in, I mentioned to the front desk people the rate mentioned. They honored it with no hassle, and they were very welcoming. Additionally the room was well arranged with the desk where it wouldn't interfere with walking past the beds unlike the other HEI's where we stayed along the way. When we asked about some places to eat, the front desk people gave good recommendations and directions. Additionally, this property is close to service stations for refueling before taking off, and is an easy on off from the interstate.

The bed was one of the worst I've ever tried to sleep on; I thought Holiday Inn was supposed to be known for great beds, but I was obviously wrong.

Very nice room and staff was very accommodating. Outstanding breakfast and Sharmay at the front desk was very helpful to us finding a church to attend Sunday morning.

Stayed here for 3 days during the race weekend.
Room was clean and large. Loads of HOT water.
Staff was great--always ready to help--even though I know they were way busy.
Hotel was very modern and clean. Parking lot was large.
Restaurants were close by.
Would stay here again during the next race.

First visit to the Gadsden area, and it was so pretty! This HI Express property is located in an area with several popular chain restaurants and gas stations available. Really easy access to the highway too.The hotel is very pretty, safe, and very clean. It was a very pleasant stay and I would love to visit again!

This is one of the best hotels and staff that I encounter as I travel around the country. The staff are always cheerful and helpful in every way.
The rooms are made for the traveling person and as always, are clean and neat.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Gadsden area, whether for business or pleasure.
You can't beat it!!

This was my first stay at this location. Staff went out of their way to answer questions and be friendly. I travel Alabama extensively on business and I'll go out of my way to stay at this location again.
