Alot of people my age need to have a cold pack for our feet or back , and there is the possibility that is all you need to make our stay totally complete. Thanks to Darlene for helping me get this Hotel started . Where I have been staying is not even close to what you have to offer. September 24, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Remodel with Problems This hotel is currently under some remodeling, but that doesn't explain or excuse the problems that I experienced. The smells in the lobby, elevator, and halls are ones I hope to soon forget, and never smell again. The room walls are super thin allowing you to hear much more than you want from those in the hallway and neighboring rooms. And, lastly, the staff seemed more concerned with their day to day tasks then interacting with guests. September 24, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not recommended for non-smokers All I can say is that if you have to stay here, make sure you are on the 2nd or 1st floors if you are a non-smoker. The 3rd floor 'non-smoking' rooms are filled with smoke from the smokers in the other rooms. It was so bad that I had to put a wet towel on the floor where the door crack was allowing the smoke to enter in the room. The desk staff and a few of the room attendants were nice. On my next to the last night, the bathroom was not stocked with towels and toiletries and looked as if it were cleaned 1/2 way. Again, stay away if you are a non-smoker. Not worth the fight for another room if you are visiting on a busy day or week. September 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gadsden Holiday Inn Express I have now stayed there numerous times and I must say Lesley the manager, has an amazing staff, from Rayanne and Jayson at the desk and also there was another young man who's name eludes me and I apologize for that. The cleaning staff is totally professional and do a fabulous job. Cathy in the Kitchen always has a lovely disposition in the a.m. when it is needed. They go out of there way to ensure you have a good stay and I really appreciate it, especially since I stay 10+ nights at a time. Keep up the excellent service ! Love it there! September 8, 2014
