I was checked in by Heather at the hotel. She is GREAT! She was able to help me with a late check out as I didn't get there until close to 6AM. She was a pleasure to deal with, cheery, and very accommodating. She's an asset to your hotel. Great Place. Stayed in Suite. Loved it.

We were very happy with our stay. We were greeted at the front desk immediately up on arrival. Very friendly. The entry outside as well as inside was very clean. The room was more than what we expected. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Nothing to complain about at all.
The only recommendation I have is that the bathroom lighting above the sink; although the lighted mirror is very attractive, it is not bright enough for women putting on their makeup. LOL!! But that will not stop me from staying there again!

We stay at a lot of Holiday Inns in California mainly and other States and have always been pleased.
I can't stress how nice everyone at the Gainesville, Texas location was. Everyone was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Shower was awesome too.

We had to drive through a lot of I35 road construction on our way to this hotel. The stress must have been apparent because the manager asked us if we would like an upgrade to a king/Jacuzzi room. That is exactly what we needed. A great ,clean room and a very relaxing night. The only slight downside was the breakfast in the morning. It was not up to the standard that we normally get at other IHG hotels .But, overall a very good place to stay

This hotel new in advance there was a possibility that there would be no hot water in the hotel the weekend we stayed. We got no advance warning. We were told when we checked in. We didn't really have time to change hotels at that point. I wonder how many people had to pay for their room with no hot water?

One of the first hotels that had a dedicated hot water dispenser, so it did not have that awful residual coffee taste. And the water was really hot -- these little things mean a lot to a tea drinker!
Staff very friendly and helpful, even looked up my IHG number, which I could no longer find.
