Other minor issues taken to management with positive response. Other Staff were excellent as well. Very helpful and personable. November 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It is the people...they are great I travel a lot; like all, I like and expect a clean comfortable room, but what I have found is it's the people that matter the most. Everyone that works here is polite, professional, and friendly. It's great to check-in to someone with a smile on there face; they greet me warmly, like they are really happy to have me as a guest. The general manages is always attentive to all the guest. Its nice to go downstairs for the coffee and breakfast and again be greeted (generally by name) and always with a smile. My room is always clean and comfortable even with the remodeling that is underway. Thank you..... to all the staff! don November 18, 2014

As much work was going on it should have been shutdown for remodeling!!! Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all! Will not return here for that in itself! November 16, 2014

Since then I have talked to the general manager who was such a delight to talk to and really cares. They will soon be finished with construction and I will definitely go back to stay again and check all the new amenities! November 7, 2014

Rooms were in mid-update so mix match furniture and missing bathroom tiles. No ice machines on 2nd or 3rd fl. The cost was ridiculous for the non-amenities available. November 5, 2014
