We had a great visit and had no trouble with the construction that was going on. All work ended by 4 and was not an issue. Room was very nice and clean.

My Daughter and I stayed after a night at the casino. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Some construction was going on but was ended by early afternoon and did not cause any problems for us. The pool was nice and warm and towels at poolside was nice. We will be back. Great value for money.

Wow, as I was not advised the hotel was in the middle of remodeling, it seems as the condition of the hotel they should of been completely closed, as furniture in rooms , was stained and a musty smell through out, also the dish network goes off and on, and unfortunately not on the little time I was there at nights, the staff was over whelmed with complaints that they could not address, as no maintenance was ever there to assist them, But I will say the staff tried to make every one happy with very little to offer,, the poor staff, I felt sorry for , because it was not their fault that the place was in such horrible condition,,it was so bad I don't know if I can say id ever stay at a holiday inn ever again,

rennovation mess everywhere, no cable and no internet! Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice after a long night!

I conduct business in Gainesville every month and stay at this hotel due to location / Convenience. Three months of renovations is getting OLD.
The services and care is getting more and more disappointing. Last month my reservations were MESSED up and I was charged for a stay date that I did not make reservations for....
My stay July 15-16th was once again disappointing- elevator did not work, ice machine on 2nd floor did not work, no light bulbs in the lamp by the bed, radio did not work, mattress needed replaced, the hot breakfast was COLD, and it sounded like an elephant was in the room above me.
I have not been recognized as a IHG® Rewards Club Member in so long I forgot I was one. May be staying at the hotels that are further away...

Checked into this hotel because we were just too tired to drive any further. Big mistake! This hotel was under renovations and not at all up to usual standards we have found at other HIE hotels. Television did not work, 2" bugs on bathroom floor in morning, stains on carpeting. My husband was so looking forward to pancakes from the pancake machine for breakfast, but it was not working and there was no attendant to assist with it. You normally get a goody bag at check in for being a rewards member, not at this hotel! The worst part was that a few miles down the road the next morning were several other hotels that would have cost less and been much better value. Never again!

I stayed at this location the weekend of July 11, 2014. Although they are still under extensive remodeling the hotel stay was adequate. I used my points to stay at the room at a reduce cost which evened things out. The staff were friendly.

Under the condition the construction was under way. Every thing was great. Can't wait to visit them when completed .
Nice location easy access.
The staff was over and above. Went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
