Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great people in Gainesville, Texas you will not be disappointed here. the people are so nice and go out of their way for you. the staff is trained by the manager to meet the customers needs and they did. I would tell you to just go give it a try because the place is not like other motels! I plan on bringing my family back and we loved the pool. January 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Near Casino This hotel is located fairly close to the casinos in Oklahoma. However, there is no free shuttle to the casinos. The rooms were nice except there was mold around the edge of the bathtub, and other guests were quite noisy late at night. January 14, 2015

This was my second visit, and it was great to see that the hotel owner is quickly re-facing the property, and making this site a very attractive and comfortable place to stay when visiting for business or leisure. The staff is very friendly, and very responsive to needs and concerns. December 29, 2014

The manager is dynamic with customers and during our stay I don't think she even went home one time. She never complained and did not let fatigue get to her. She is a bonus to the owner and they need to get her some help. She anticipated our needs and made sure that everything was right, without us having to ask for a thing. We felt like we were in a holiday resort! Thank you to her! December 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 unintended stay in Gainesville, Texas Our car broke down, so we asked our tow truck guy to drop us off at a Holiday Inn Express whilst our car was being fixed. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels many times. We like the fact they are comfortable, have a hot breakfast and are clean. The hotel was being renovated so the pool and gym were not available. I understand that renovation means that facilities are not always available, but why was this not reflected in the cost of the room? And why was the same room more expensive on the second night-not a week-end night? Staff were generally friendly, especially the breakfast room lady, and the hotel was clean. December 7, 2014
