They started out giving us a double bed instead of single king like I had requested. They did remedy this one right away. Shower had a screw falling out of handle that prevented it from shutting off,and mold growing in the handle. Tv did not work. The refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived. When we plugged it in we discovered it was so noisy you could not sleep. So we kept it unplugged. The be was way too soft.
It was very late when we arrived and we had a long drive the next day so we just ignored the problems and went to sleep.
When I mentioned the problems the next morning on the way out the guy at the counter could not even be bothered to look up from his monitor to respond.

The person at the front desk was not friendly and was a little rude.
The carpet in the room had been patched in several places.
The water in the toilet keep running and I had to take the lid off and push the rubber stopper down to get it to stop running.
The room was large and the bath counter outside the bath room was large, new and very nice.
This was the first hotel and/or motel that refused to put my ice packs in their freezer.

I have stayed at this hotel for several months and typically have had a clean room and good service at the front desk. However my last stay on January 14th will be my last as not only was my room dirty but the staff at the front desk when I checked out was very rude and insulting.
When I asked to speak to a manager the lady that come out was obviously not the general manager that I had asked to speak with as a GM would not have been as insulting as she was to a guest.
The carpet in the room was stained from a spill from the mini-fridge that was not cleaned up and the smell from the room gave me a sinus headache that took two days to get over.
While this is a very convenient location fortunately I have other hotel memberships that provide points and treat guest better than this latest front desk staff and "manager".
If you stay at this hotel I hope you have a better experience than I did.
