We've stayed at this hotel many times, and she always goes out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Derek and Jackie also do the same. Since we have platinum status in the priority club, we are usually upgraded, but this time I preferred a room that didn't happen to have a refrigerator. I was fine with this. An hour later, much to our surprise, Annette showed up at our door hauling a refrigerator on a cart - all by herself! She wanted us to have one, so in addition to juggling her other duties, she went to the great effort of finding and bringing one to us herself! We had never experienced such spontaneous, exceptional service at any hotel before. The whole stay was great, but Annette's outstanding service was icing on the cake! May 11, 2013

We chose to stay each visit here and the service is excellent as well as the comfort and convenience of our room. The staff is commendable and takes time to answer questions on the area as well as prompt service of any needs we may have to enjoy our stay. We would recommend your "getaway" to be enjoyed here and have the home away from home with great people who share their own smile and customer service to make us feel welcome. THANK YOU:) May 7, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Keep driving This location is in need of a makeover. I arrived in my room, sat down to relax and the order of smelly feet overwhelmed me. I called to be moved to a different room but was told they were sold out. The front desk said maybe it was coming from the connected room.I feel it was from unclean carpet. Needless to say I did not have a very good night sleep! In the morning one person with a shirt that look like she just pulled it from the hamper was running the front desk and the breakfast buffet. they wer out of coffee and almost all of the food. I wont be staying at this location again! April 25, 2013
