The lighting was in various parts of the room and great. There were 4 pillows (2 soft and 2 firm). I was able to delay my check out time. January 13, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Substandard Conveniently located just off I-74, this hotel is situated near many travel amenities (grocery store, gas stations, restaurants). If you're just looking for a clean room for the night, stop here; however, if you're expecting the standard quality and comfort of the IHG brand, stay elsewhere. Basically, this hotel is long overdue for a major renovation. Our room was clean and quiet, but the wear and tear on older furniture, drapes, and wall coverings made the space look shabby. The mattress was barely tolerable. The small bathroom had good-quality towels, but the separation of the sink from the tub and toilet was quite inconvenient. The fridge and microwave were welcome conveniences, and the HDTV had plenty of channels, but the Internet connection was unreliable. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, but we didn't want to eat in the dreary little dining room. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous, and we appreciated being recognized as Platinum Elite Rewards Club Members and receiving our no-hassle Reward Night; however, we won't be returning to this hotel until after the hotel is renovated, even with the lure of a free night's stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just right for my needs While an older facility compared to the other local hotels, the staff makes it worth your while. They are extremely friendly and supportive. The breakfast service offered is very nice. I always travel with a large dog, and this is the most pet friendly option in the local area. The room was very clean and the maid service was exceptional. I was in a bottom floor room next to the lobby, but noise was never an issue. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have used it several times before, and have never had an issue. January 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor noise insulation you can hear other guests clearly talking/their TV in adjacent rooms and conversations in the hallway. Seal the gap at the bottom of the door?? Not sure how to correct between room conversation noise levels. January 1, 2015

It is pet friendly and I hardly knew there were pets in the hotel. They were all very quiet. It was a very nice stay. It was very well kept up. December 30, 2014
