Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff I am usually difficult when it comes to room comfort. But when I arrived in Gallup, the hotel staff was the highlight of the trip. I would like to commend the staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Gallup. They were very helpful and showed real care for the customer service. Located on the east side of Gallup, just off the highway, it was the perfect place to stop after a long drive from Denver. Breakfast was ready early in the morning, with a great variety of food choices. Highly recommend this hotel to travelers. April 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel in new section of Gallup Lovely new hotel (just a year old said the young lady at the front desk). Hotel is easy to find, right off the highway and in a new section of Gallup. Holiday Inns have upgraded lobbies, furniture, amenities now and this is a good example. Nice breakfast. Two restaurants within walking distance. The cashier at the Denny's saw my hotel key and gave us a discount. Our room faced the highway but the rear facing rooms look at the gorgoeus rugged mountains of New Mexico. April 21, 2013

Since I was traveling with a disable person, the the room fit all of our needs. The location to other eating facilities made finding a nice meal a great addition to my overall stay.
