The breakfast area was very clean and attended to, however, the food was the typical Holiday Inn "heat and serve" (leaves much to be desired). I would recommend this hotel. June 12, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Road Trip to CA My family and I stayed here during our road trip to CA and the staff was extremely accomadating as we had our elderly mother with us. They made sure we had a handicapped accessible room and the pet we had was no problem either. Will stay again if our travels take us through again. May 30, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Handicap room We had a handicap room and the bed was so high my husband couldn't get on the bed without he use of a step stool that I carry with me. We have stayed in handicap rooms and this was the worst one. The breakfast food was cold and the milk wasn't cold just room temp but was in the frig. When we cheated in it was a young man and the woman that was working with him snipped at him and said just check us in. Also as a priority club member we was only given a bottle of water when other locations we was given a hospitality bag with snacks in it. May 27, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thank You We were in Gallup to join the Run For The Wall...when we checked in on the first night one of your desk cerks went above and beyand to meet out needs and considerations...her name was Mallory...she was excellent. I asked if we could park our bikes under the awning by the front door and was told yes. I ride cross country alot and it's nice to know that my motorcycle is right out the front door, safe and secure. We were told that we could keep them there for the two nights that we were going to be there. The 2nd evening we were standing under the awning when another rider came up to us and said that we needed to move our bikes or they were going to be towed. I went in and asked the female desk clerk if we had to move our bikes...she said yes and to make sure that we move them soon or be towed. I reminded her that we were told that we could park them there until we left. There waqs a total of 5 bikes parked under the awning...we moved our bikes to the outer reaches of the parking lot. I went in and told them that we moved the bikes...she was rather snippy but I let it pass. The next morning we went outside to leave and all of the bikes that were parked there that night were still there...I have several questions...Why was I told that I could park there and then told to move them...Why weren't we notified by a staff member of the hotel that we needed to move the bikes, I had to hear it from another rider...and why weren't the other bikes moved? I am a platinum elite...I spend over 110 days a year in your chain, I am disappointed in the way things happened at your hotel in Gallup...my bike cost over $30,000 and there is a reason we like to park our bikes under the awning...I speak for all riders who ride cross country. We, I don't ask for much but when I do I really do appreciate it. I still want you to know that I enjoyed staying at your hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff I am usually difficult when it comes to room comfort. But when I arrived in Gallup, the hotel staff was the highlight of the trip. I would like to commend the staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Gallup. They were very helpful and showed real care for the customer service. It so nice to go to a place where hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you much. Vic May 14, 2013
