will not stay there again based on the service of the front desk employees. they appear to be trained differently since one says one thing and the other says something else. they don't honor online pricing.

Hotel was centrally located and close to all beach facilities, and easy to access. I was pleased with all except breakfast was not up to par with broken pancake machine, coffee cold in some instances.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I expected to see sand everywhere since we were at the beach but the only place I saw any was "on the beach"!
I never have a complaint about beds at any of these hotels, they are always wonderful and I always sleep well. This was one of the first hotels I have stayed at where the room temp was actually cool enough when we walked in and stayed that way the whole time we were there.

Pool could be open longer and open earlier. Breakfast was good as it always is and parking was easy. Staff was nice and helpful except once we lwft they couldnt find a lost teady bear.

A/C was inadequate to cool entire room. Uncomfortable conditions for person sleeping in bed that isn't close to A/C.
Breakfast options were not as good at this location as in other Holiday Inn Express locations that I've stayed.
Staff was friendly.

Would have rather paid and stayed elsewhere. We used points and was put in the very last room 426, carpet was so nasty we used towels to lay on floor and walked on them. I couldn't open balcony door husband had to unlock was very hard, could not double lock entry door lock would not match up. Maybe other rooms are good if you pay CASH I don't know. Very disappointed in holiday inn as this is the hotel I use... will try others now not holiday inn. This was my first time using points glad there gone I can find a new hotel!!!
