Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Fire alarm went off a 0300 and staff had not verified a response from the fire department which cause the ordeal to exceed 1 hour. WiFi is poor at the edges of the Hotel so bring Ethernet cord for laptop. Verify shuttle information because the information provided by the front desk was incorrect. April 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by More of a small town beach hotel than a Holiday Inn Express We stayed at this hotel for one night and I would not have stayed longer. When we got into our room, the used bar soap from the previous guest was still in the shower. The carpet had clumps of dirt on it. The cleaning was clearly below standard. That evening at 3 AM, the fire alarm went off due to a malfunction on the control panel, not a drunk guest. There was no sign of the night desk manager for about 10 minutes. When she did arrive people were walking right by her as she talked on the phone, she did nothing to prevent them from returning to the building. We spent quite a while in the parking lot. Eight guests called 911 to report the alarm, the dispatchers reported that no one from the hotel had called. April 23, 2015

The storm knocked out the fire alarm and caused it to go off the next night at 3:20 am so we all evacuated, that was irritating. Another thing was the TV was awful, it was off more than on. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible service we had the fire alarm go off in our room within 15 minutes of arrival. One of the maids barged in without knocking and started to throw our clothes on the floor ordering us to go to other room. When we asked for fresh coffee , we were told" this is our coffee and I am not going to make another pot" When we spoke to the manager the next day he was rude, sarcastic and implied that it was my fault.
