Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Getaway to Western KS Friendly front desk agents and awesome staff throughout the stay. Best sleep in weeks….comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Great location as well! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had quite a range of choices for food. Fresh fruit and even gluten-free items. The stay was to see family and relax and the relaxation was super during our stay at the Garden City, KS Holiday Inn November 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Business Center Business Center computers and printers did not work properly. I travel across the country on business and often need to print documents from the hotel business centers. I always stay at Holiday Inns because I never have a problem with their equipment.......until now. I may have to rethink where I stay. I HAVE to have access to properly functioning computers/printers. October 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice rooms Book the room on line. Once we checked in the room was a suite thought it was an up grade. When we checked out we were charge full price for the suite. Be sure to look at paper work when you check in to make sure room rate is correct. They did make a justment because I did not sign that section. In all we always and will always stay at holiday inn express. Clean rooms. October 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Garden City Holiday Inn My check in was easy. My room was clean and well located on the first floor. It was after I was in my room that it was aggravating that several things didn't work! First, my heater didn't function right. I called the front desk and the man came to try and fix it but couldn't. It wasn't too cold outside so I thought I could just put an extra blanket on my bed and be OK. Next, I noticed my window wouldn't shut. So the front desk man did come and with much struggle finally got it to shut. I went to order pizza and my phone was dead! I did end up using my cell phone, but still... I then went to go and sit in the hot tub (which I was looking forward too) and it wasn't working either! So, the next day when my hair dryer didn't work I wasn't surprised after all the stuff that was broken up to that point! I was disappointed and frustrated but for one night I guess I could manage. I hope if I stay there again that I don't run into these same issues. October 22, 2014
