Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Business Center Business Center computers and printers did not work properly. I travel across the country on business and often need to print documents from the hotel business centers. I always stay at Holiday Inns because I never have a problem with their equipment.......until now. I may have to rethink where I stay. I HAVE to have access to properly functioning computers/printers. October 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice rooms Book the room on line. Once we checked in the room was a suite thought it was an up grade. When we checked out we were charge full price for the suite. Be sure to look at paper work when you check in to make sure room rate is correct. They did make a justment because I did not sign that section. In all we always and will always stay at holiday inn express. Clean rooms. October 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Garden City Holiday Inn My check in was easy. My room was clean and well located on the first floor. It was after I was in my room that it was aggravating that several things didn't work! First, my heater didn't function right. I called the front desk and the man came to try and fix it but couldn't. It wasn't too cold outside so I thought I could just put an extra blanket on my bed and be OK. Next, I noticed my window wouldn't shut. So the front desk man did come and with much struggle finally got it to shut. I went to order pizza and my phone was dead! I did end up using my cell phone, but still... I then went to go and sit in the hot tub (which I was looking forward too) and it wasn't working either! So, the next day when my hair dryer didn't work I wasn't surprised after all the stuff that was broken up to that point! I was disappointed and frustrated but for one night I guess I could manage. I hope if I stay there again that I don't run into these same issues. October 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by passing through we had a good nights sleep, bed was comfortable, room was clean and the front desk staff was very nice upon check in. would definitely stay there again. tip: we found this thai restaurant, thai arawan, it's fantastic. don't be put off upon entering, it's not much to look at, nor the surroundings, but the food was excellent, one of the best thai meals we ever had in the US!!!!! would someday travel back to garden city just for the food!!! A/C worked well, I love my room cold. I needed the number to a local restaurant and was provided the number without any problems. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay, horrible breakfast Front desk staff is amazing and always cheerful, manager is very attentive to check on your stay, housekeeping does a terrific job everyday, I've been here about 11 days so far total and it has been like this consistently, what has also been consistent is the lousy breakfast that is always burnt. I've included a picture of the omelet that is the least burnt of the batch that day. The scrambled eggs are usually so overcooked they have a sandy texture. Sometimes even the meat is burnt. Overall this is a good HIE with nice clean rooms and most of the comforts you expect out of a Holiday Inn Express. October 2, 2014

The consistency of service and facilities is amazingly consistent. We've stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations from the beaches of South Carolina to the Deep South to the Great Plains and the Far West.
