Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay cut short I was not impressed with this hotel. I was originally scheduled to stay in this hotel for 17 nights but after the second day, I decided to check out and stay at another hotel. When I checked in on Wednesday (7/1), the staff was courteous. at first. After I got to the room, I was disappointed that there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. When I asked the front desk, they said they were out of those appliances and that I would have to check back daily to see when those would become available. The impression I got from the staff was ”too bad…so sad” attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager, he gave me the same speech. Check back daily to see if they become available. First, I should not have to remind the staff daily; they should be trying to accommodate my request. Strike one. The second day, when I got back to the room, the cable TV was not working . I called the staff and they told me to wiggle the cable in the back, the connection might be loose. I called the front desk a few minutes later and was told that they would send someone up right away. After about 15 minutes, I called again and this time a different person at the front desk said. We know about the problem but it will be a couple of days before they get it fixed. Strike two. The morning breakfast on Thursday (7/2) and Friday (7/3) was fair at best. The pancake machine was down and the eggs were cold and rubbery on both mornings. Strike three. Holiday Inn has always been a good chain of hotels but this particular hotel left a poor impression on me. July 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by geat looks, truth is less Staff here is excellent, room not so much. in the recent remodel the rooms were made to appear more than they are. nice soft expensive towels, shower is worthless. its obviouse no expense was spared on the bathroom sink and shelves, yet the toilet will clog if you blow your nose. on the bed the comforter and sheets are top notch, yet the bed is hard and not very comfortable. pillows however are great. only some of their rooms have mini-friges and none have microwaves. T.V. is the 32" which in my experience is the smallest common size for motels. i felt like i was staying at a cheap motel with expensive bedding and towels. July 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very pleased with staff and room We asked for early check-in and staff had our room ready for us. I needed directions to a church for a wedding and the staff printed out directions as well as verbally gave us directions. I don't think we would have found the church without there help, so I'm very thankful to them. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with everything except there was no coffee at breakfast. July 8, 2015
