Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing staff Our stay was not too bad. The room had a few corners that needed a little attention from housekeepers, The breakfast was typical canned food. The staff was very attentive and the male desk clerk was hilarious. The pool needs some repair to the wall. No mini fridge or microwave was a big downfall. Traveling with kids a person has to put their milk somewhere and needs to reheat their late night snack known as leftover dinner. Loved the bed but the pillows were not squishy enough to fluffy. Only one cart for luggage is not a plus either. April 20, 2016

Hotel staff were friendly and attentive and gave me good tips on places to eat etc. The room had a good bed and I slept really well both nights. Breakfast is ok, do miss a good cooked breakfast at times. Internet was fine and wifi worked in my room. April 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smelly Room, No Towels, Staff issues Room was not available at Check in. Room had potent "fruity" air freshener smell. The smell was overwhelming and you could smell it in the hallway. We had to keep window open the whole time. My wife/daughters asthma was aggravated by the smell that was so strong that I felt they were covering up the smell of the hotel. No towels in room upon arrival. No towels in pool. It took the staff most of the night to get us towels for our room. The pool water was cloudy and smelled funny. the pool floor was not attached to the concrete below and it was hard to walk on (ie there was water between the concrete and the plastic pool floor). The staff seemed overwhelmed and not friendly. The hotel seemed dirty. April 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by They need more competent help. The room was not clean and we helped to get the beds changed. But the bathroom was never cleaned , just clean towels. The room was not vacuumed. The ice machine was moldy and stinky. Ours was not an isolated incident, as we knew of two other rooms in the same shape on the same night. They did discount the price , but it should have been free. The front desk clerk did her best and the manager let her take all the heat. April 17, 2016
