i have stayed here at least 30 times in the last 10 years but this time the parking lot was under construction it made it hard for me to park my truck

We enjoyed the room and the pool area. Both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was shorthanded and grumpy.

Parking and Construction became an inconvenience and your hotel should have compensated their guests. Noise from construction lasted until 11:00 pm and the parking was crowded and/or located far from the rooms.

Clean, comfortable room. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful with information about property.

Year after year, Holiday Inn Express, Gaylord continues to be such a wonderful time for our family to rest and relax and make memories. We love returning to the same place each year and the kids can see how much they have grown, and they come home talking about the great breakfast and special time they had in the pool and the friends they make while we are there. Holiday Inn Express offers clean rooms, excellent staff members that are willing to help and serve all of our families needs. Breakfast room and food choices poor.
Rooms were clean.
Staff was friendly at check in.
Had to contact front desk for a crib two times (plus the time I asked at check in).
Expensive for what you get.

The rooms need to be updated.
When trying to check in the front desk staff was no where to be found. This was around 4pm and that to me is starting to go into the check in rush. Other people came in and ask if there was anyone working? Finaly some one seen 5 people now standing in the lobby and went and found her.
When she did check me in she was very short with her words.
She did not great me like other IGH hotels I stay at and I ask her if they were able to upgrade my room because of my Platinum status and she told me what more did I want because I already had a King room.
The Alarm in the Coffee Maker did not work in the room.
