Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel in a town with few options!! I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been impressed at the overall value and design. The only problem I would have with it is that the house cleaning staff isn't very good and they will put a newspaper at your door every single day, regardless of whether or not you pick it up. It seems to be a waste of paper to keep putting them at your door if you don't pick them up, especially USA Today...which most people don't read. So my only advice would be to clean more thoroughly, get rid of the newspaper at the door, and get a new treadmill! Outside of all that, you really can't find a better hotel in Gaylord, MI that will give you a big fridge, microwave, and solid sleeping arrangements for the price they charge. I plan on doing my business here many times again in the future! November 20, 2014
