Die Matratzen dürften etwas härter sein aber das muss ja nicht jedem gefallen.Die Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet sind frisch.Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Parkplatzgebühr für Gäste finde ich zu hoch angesetzt. August 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Frühstück Wir hatten ein Wochenende gebucht und wollten uns Gent und Umgebung ansehen. Dass der Parkplatz 10 € kostet ist schon teuer, aber Ausweichmöglichkeiten gibt es keine. Die Empfangshalle dient gleichzeitig als Frühstücksraum, es hat den Flair eines Bahnhofs. Das Frühstück war zum sattwerden, aber lecker ist anders. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, Betten prima. Dass es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt wusste ich aus anderen Bewertungen - für ein Wochenende ist das okay. Mitarbeiter nett und motiviert. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und eine Klimaanlage gibt es auch. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but staff.... Super nice room lovely bed. Well cleaned. Very fine. Only when checking it all went wrong. The boy, Frank, could not find my reservation and said he thought he was nice, then it is not on. I have a very pleasant communication had with Jeff on the reservations, but he had not passed. Eventually I said I'm Club Member and when he finally found it. Had passed that I wanted a large bed on the top floor but nothing stood in the reservation. The clerk was not friendly and helpful myself to say anything. That's a first bad impression! Then the bar staff very irritable and no sense in their work. When we asked for a drink they looked at us with is this? It was all very difficult. I notice that all the hotel staff do not like to do their job and they have to prove their guests, and that's unacceptable. Breakfast very poor! Croissants and the like are not well baked and was just thrown down instead of presenting neat. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel We only stayed one night after our Euoropean motorcycle tour on our way to Rotterdam to catch the ferry home. We were very impressed with the hotel and friendly staff, especially front desk and the waitresses in the restaurant all speaking very good English. The bar and restaurant was very clean and nice surroundings with a good choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The hotel was very clean especially our room and bathroom. The only complaint we would have was the air conditioning unit didn't work correctly and was very noisy and hot so not a good night's sleep, this was compared to other AC Units we have experienced, that was the only negative we could find. The parking was very secure for our motorcycle with plenty of parking spaces. August 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good in-room facilities Many hotels do not adequately cater for the business traveller. The WiFi may be there but there is no decent desk for my laptop and the chair is badly chosen (wrong height) so it is uncomfortable to work. This hotel had got it right. August 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel y entorno agradable pero muy lejano al centro Somos una familia de 4 personas y nos alojamos el dia 21 de julio del 2015. La experiencia de trato del personal y comodidad fue positiva. Elegimos este hotel por su muy buena relación precio-calidad. El handicap es la lejanía al centro y la estación de tren y dificultad de traslado al mismo mediante transporte público. Esa dificultad se extrema los fines de semana y festivos por la poca frecuencia de los autobuses que se reducen a una linea. No estaría de más, que hubiera algún tipo de lanzadera para los clientes que no van en vehículo privado para que por lo menos te acercaran a la estación de Gent Sint Peters. Esto es lo que motiva que aunque el hotel nos gustó bastante, la próxima vez, escojamos un establecimiento más céntrico, aunque sea de peor calidad August 4, 2015
