Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding weekend Good experience up until checkout. Then insufficient staff on hand to resolve billing issue, had to call a manager in to resolve. Check-out was thus delayed 30-45 minutes as a result of this. July 2, 2014

It was small things like the towel hook in the bathroom had fallen off, the light fixture looked like some brown liquid had leaked into it. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service/great service We had a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Online reservation service messed up our reservation. They gave me one bed for three people. on day of arrival staff there corrected online reservations and were able to accommodate me and my family. Staff went out of her way to make sure we were confortable. Room was clean, enough towels etc... overall great, will stay again whenever in that area June 26, 2014

They go out of their way to make the traveler feel welcome and comfortable, even to making warm cookies to cheer up the guests. We give a special shout out to Vicki, a special assistant, who exceeded even our high expectations for friendliness and courtesy. Why stay in any other hotel in Georgetown? We certainly won't. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Genuine Care and Comfort I worked at the most well known luxury hotel in Dallas in the Club Lounge Level, as a hostess in fine dining and as a front desk guest services person for a few years and my standards for hotel stays border on ridiculous when I compare most hotels to their level. The staff and hotel exceeded all expectations with their genuine care and comfort of their guests from check in to check out. The housekeeping staff was top notch and kept our room smelling fresh and clean and did an amazing job. The overnight staff was accommodating and genuine in their concern for the safety of our property since we were driving a truck with a hitch that had reception/rental items stowed on it. I can not say enough wonderful things of the staff and the care they showed. Breakfast was fantastic, clean and kept at the perfect temps at all time. The overall hotel was safe and clean and I got the best sleep I've had in a few months even during a hectic and busy time. To your whole team I say---WELL DONE and BRAVO!!! thank you for all you didi to make this a top notch experience. June 11, 2014

The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety. I was little concerned about the highway noise, but I didn't even notice it. I would stay at this hotel again, given the opportunity. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to transportation You can't get a whole lot closer to I-35 considering the hotel overlooks the scenic highway. (sarcasm) In reality, it didn't make any difference to me that it's on the highway, I never heard it. Overall, this is a good Hi Express. Standard, clean rooms. I only walked through the breakfast area to grab a cup of coffee, but it looked very standard for a Hi Express. So, if you are a normal visitor at Holiday Inn Expresses, you'll feel right at home. There's nothing extraordinary or bad, in any way, about this one. May 11, 2014

The front desk overcharged my card which had to be refunded, then two day later charged my card again. The breakfast was still not all out 30 minutes after it was suppose to start serving. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Maintenance needs on room We did enjoy the stay, hut we had some difficulty with items in the room. First, a light was not working and the bulb had blown out. When we tried to drain the water out of the tub so the other spouse could bathe, we were not able to remove the drain plug. When we used the toilet paper, the holder fell apart. Since we were not able to drain the tub, we got to listen to a constant drip in the bathroom that night. On the positive side, the staff was very polite when we arrived and when we left. They did say that we were not allowed to get free water as a Priority Club member which was news to me. So no cookies, no water, no newspaper at the door=all of which I have been receiving at other Holiday Inn Expresses. Also, the carpet had a ragged seam down one side of the couch in our room which was 320. April 11, 2014

The manager was able to grant us an early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding at the hotel instead of having to go straight to the event from out of town. Very courteous front desk. Also good to know that this property honors the State Government Rate for teachers - many hotels say they do but don't always follow through. Good quality mattress and comfortable room layout in the King Suite. Only slight complaint was breakfast was pretty limited. Waffle maker was broken and not enough other options. But, did have GREAT coffee. April 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Way below standards Well I am a Platinum member, no mention of this on check in by the staff, no extra points , bottle water, offer of a upgrade. At the hot breakfast buffet the next morning no EGG products, some great looking sausage gravy, but no BISCUITS, What??? What are we to do with the gravy???Makes no sense. I would recommend people stay at one of the Round Rock properties only a few minutes away . March 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Honest answers Overall it was good, but someone needs to clean the tub. Bottom of tub looks really dirty. One time I went in to take a shower, turned the water on and after I did, had pulled the shower on, the person that cleans on it had turned the shower head directed totally out of the shower and it hit me in the face and water went everywhere in the bathroom. They only vacuumed one time the entire time we were there. Also, they need to wipe the nightstand off every so often. The young man in the food court was so nice and kept the food perfect. They were very nice at the desk too! I've stayed here before. February 24, 2014

When we checked into the hotel, no handicap rooms were available. This created a significant inconvenience for our family. February 24, 2014
