Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay Overall a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and the staff went out of the way to make sure my room was clean for me in the morning after working the night shift. (I was working 11pm-8am and the room was clean when I got there in the morning) Breakfast was amazing, pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits. There was also assortment of breads, yogurt, and lots of choices to drink. The hotel is very nice, the staff put my co-worker and I in end rooms where it was very quiet. I only have two complaints; no matter where I was in the building I could not stay connected to the WIFI and my co-worker had the same issue. So I know it wasn’t just my devices. The Pool never had towels when I went to go swimming also the hot tub had sand all over the bottom and the jets had to be turned on by the staff the switch on the wall that is supposed to control it didn’t work. Other than that it was a great trip, I’ll be back again next year. March 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Night Manager I want to commend Bradley, the night manager (I guess) and the hotel manager for the assistance they provided me when the mistake was all mine. I had mistakenly made the reservations online for the wrong dates and they accommodated me with the highest professional courtesy and service. I was extremely impressed with Bradley and the extra steps he took to take care of my mistake. I will definitely make reservations at this hotel again. Thank you. March 12, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Couldn't Go Wrong I came into town to just relax and spend time with friends. We decided to stay at the hotel and hang around the pool. We had such a good time. Two of my friends decided to rent a room and stay also. We enjoyed the staff, they were always there and very nice. All I can say is that I stay here whenever I come into town and I alway will. Durwin and Julie were working the night I checked in and I have to say, they were alot of fun. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. February 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and Fun at the pool We enjoyed our stay, the room was the cleanest we have ever had. We asked for a late check out and were granted a noon checkout with out any trouble at all. Is must have been a slow weekend because we never saw anyone in the pool area. The breakfast in the morning was great then we took our kids swimming to ensure that they would sleep on the ride home and it worked like a charm. I look forward to the next time we will be visiting. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment The room was a nice size but it smelled very heavily of cleaning products. I couldn't find the fitness room at first, and when I did I was severely disappointed. 3 machines in total and 1 is broken. No treadmill. The breakfast was so-so, but definitely nothing fancy. The beds didn't get made and the bathrooms were not cleaned. The people at the front desk told us that they were very busy and they were sorry. October 23, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and convenient area and great rooms The equipment in the Fitness center in unfit for use. Stair stepper does not work, Eliptical is a cheap Walmart special and with a very uncomfortable motion. The bike is low quality but seams to work OK. And Nothing else. The rest of the hotel is nice. Breakfast is better than the norm. Typical HI October 9, 2012
