We were greeted with a welcome bag for IHG members, the only IHG property of the six we stayed at during our travels to do so. When we checked in, the front desk clerks made sure to tell us about the popcorn in the lobby and the fresh cookies that would be available at 7 p.m.
When I asked about the higher rate, it was explained to me about the different market that they were in, resulting in the higher rate. I found the beds a little too firm, while my travel companion thought they were great.
If we are in this area again, we would be happy to stay here, but we might adjust our travel times to bypass Gillette and get into a more average IHG pricing market.

It was a good place to stay. A special thanks to the woman who was in charge of breakfast and the eating area. She was very helpful, personable, caring.

Rooms are overpriced, but what isn't in an oil town (i.e. Dickinson, ND, Williston, ND)
