Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience Rating from a picky traveler I travel a lot for my job and I generally don't leave comments; however, the staff and accommodations I experienced earlier this week were second to none. All rooms face a busy Interstate and I had a small balcony with sliding glass doors to boot. I couldn't hear a thing! In fact, I count this as one of the most relaxing and restful stays I've had in a long time. February 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a novel site! It was pleasant to find part of a river running along the length of the motel, although how twisty to have I205 form a backdrop! Our suite was spacious, comfortable and warm. The highlight has to be the evening drop-in soup-with-salad and wine in the lounge. The staff are friendly and engaging which adds to the overall friendly atmosphere - the potential to speak to other guests was a welcome feature that this arrangement promoted. February 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience When I arrived at the Hotel I was met with very friendly and helpful desk associates, my room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and I had a variety of pillows on my bed to choose from!! My stay was for 3 nights and I encounterd all staff from Housekeeping, to Breakfast, to Evening Servers, to Front Desk as well as the Manager. All the staff were very friendly, helpful with all my needs and any questions I had!!! This was a wonderful Hotel to stay with, I would recommend to anyone traveling on business or leisure. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor front desk experience When we arrived the room was freezing cold. When we called to complain we were brought blankets but not offered another room that had heat. Just were told that they would look into it the next day. When we went to check out the front desk person stated that we were offered another room the night that we had no heat which WAS NOT TRUE! And I had to argue with her to get a reasonable discount (50%) after being flatly refused of getting a comp room. The weekend we were at the hotel there a SNOWSTORM occurring in Portland and it was FREEZING in that room. And I am a PRIORITY CLUB MEMBER!! February 13, 2014

The staff is courteous, helpful and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all frequent travelers like myself. And I'm picky!!! February 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by just ok made reservation on line through IHG when we got there they did not have any paperwork on it and askme if i even had a reservation .....had to stand there at the counter in a line while i waited for them to take calls and other reservations on the phone they did ask if i had my IHG number to prove who i was ...but all in all it was a ok place to stay dont know that i will be back stay there the week before and had to move rooms at 2am in the morning due to high pitch sound in the wall . so yes i wont be back January 25, 2014
