None of us had stayed in one before, but will look forward to staying again in the future. We had a busy time in Glasgow, but felt so pleased to return 'home' at the end of each day. The staff went out of their way to make us all feel at home. The breakfast was the same each day, but the choice available was so great that I enjoyed a different breakfast every day! My elderly Mum was also comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for a lovely stay. August 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed! Booked 9 months in advanced and got the wrong room! Having booked 9 months in advance I was extremely disappointed to be told that my colleague and I had been given a double room instead of a "confirmed" twin room. The additional bed was made up and, complementary parking, Reward Club points and a bottle of wine were offered in light of the inability to honor my confirmed booking. It did make the room claustrophobic!! Staff were apologetic in being unable to correct my booking as the Commonwealth games were being held and the hotel was full. I would ask that if confirmation is sent, it should be upheld. Why send it? It's not the service I expect. August 18, 2014
