This is a great hotel that i use regularly when working in Glasgow. The rooms are always clean and the staff always friendly and helpful. i would not dream of staying anywhere else whilst in Glasgow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on how to get to the Wedding venue we were attending! We had visitors to our hotel during our stay and the staff made them equally welcome!
One member of our party is disabled and their room was very well laid out, could have done with a couple of hand rails in the bedroom area, but quite good none the less. Staff in the Breakfast room offered to help us with the wheelchair and found us seating and wheelchair space without us asking, which was very nice. Overall a very good stay! Thanks

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location near Buchanan St shopping, bus station and Queen St train station. Would definitely recommend.

I had sayed in the partner property - Holiday Inn, which is right next door, previously. The differences were slight, and if you won't be spending a lot of time in the room, you might opt for this more economical choice. Excellent location close to excellent shopping on Buchanan St, Buchanan St. bus station and Queen St train station. Would definitely stay again.

Great central location, very clean, room a good size and breakfast was great. The most efficient breakfast room staff I have ever come across! There wasn't a thing left unreplenished!
The noise from the underground was a little annoying, stopping late and starting early, but we were so tired from shopping it didn't make any significant difference.
We found the Tenement House interesting and the Art Gallery.
Lots to spend time and money on in Glasgow and this hotel is a great base for doing both.
