We were on way home from holiday and needed an hotel in central location. This was the best site and price wise. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the service provided was excellent with everything we were expecting.

Pretty good overall experience from start to end. Located in an excellent position in central Glasgow, you can't go too wrong. Internet worked reliably, though wasn't exceptionally fast. Selection at breakfast wasn't very good, I stayed in another Glasgow hotel the week after and their breakfasts were twice as good, to be honest, although the decore wasn't as good as Holiday Inn Express.
Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express are right next to each other and my luggage was delivered to both but sent away as I wasn't picked up as a guest by desk staff at either hotel, which was frustrating, but human error is human error, I got the bagds eventually anyway.
PARKING - this started to become a bit annoying, as unless you are out all day, you get charged hourly. A 12GBP flat rate can be gained via the hotel validation, but if you park multiple days, it starts to add up. The other hotel had free parking, a huge bonus.
I definitely recommend this place, its good, but with room for improvement, if I'm being picky.

Although only a one night stay en route to the airport the stay turned out to be a very pleasant experience with the local staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
