The quality of the rooms, the friendly helpful staff, the pricing of the rooms, it is all there...a great place to stay and a great value. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our Room at the Holiday Inn Express in Glen Rose Our room was very comfortable. Great bed, plenty of clean, large towels, room was large, everything worked, television channels were listed in large print, did not hear any noise from outside or other rooms. The only negative points were that the air conditioner was extremely loud when it came on, and we were on a floor with smokers at the other end. The cigarette smell could be detected in the hallway, but not in our room. The front desk clerk offered to move us to another floor, but since the odor did not reach inside our room we stayed. If we are in Glen Rose, again, we would stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We would just ask for a non-smoking floor and check out the air conditioner before we unpack. September 18, 2014
