Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but lobby music was loud at night Well, luckily I spotted this listed under points break for 5,000 pts. This is normally 20,000 pts which take forever to accumulate. This hotel has been open for 6 months so brand spanking new. Anyways, it is located south of Tulsa in Glenpool/Jenks area so very close to the OK aquarium. Also, it is next to the Glenpool Convention Center which also looks new as well. The back has a nice trail with fountains and landscaped running brook. We were lucky that the receptionist got us upgraded to the private back with larger king room. Our king room was very large and spacious with a view of the back view of the park behind the convention center. The breakfast is actual a full continental hot breakfast with eggs/sausage/biscuit. Also, it has other selections like oatmeal to go cups and Choboni greek yogurt plus fresh fruit. This is much better than any other Holiday Inn Express that I have been before. I will come visit here next time... P.S. Our room 213 was right next to the elevators where there are speakers with lobby music from radio. It kept us up at night and soon realized it too late. So, you probably need to avoid these room numbers X13 which are near the elevators. January 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality Breakfast The room was clean and comfortable and for our purposes a great location. However, There was only one person at the front desk during peak check in and check out times. The breakfast was so bad, we ate at the McDonald's nearby. The rooms were not particularly well insulated from the outside noise. We could hear every sound in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. The in room coffee appliance and coffee was totally inadequate for 2 adult coffee drinkers. But they did have coffee downstairs at the Breakfast area. January 5, 2015
