I was very pleased with the customer service and helpful management team at this location. The stay on this site was just as if we were at my own home and loved every minute of it. It was a very clean and well kept property but most of all it was the team of people serving my every needs that really made my stay a success.

For a Holiday Inn Express they did very well and I was surprised. They are trying to make themselves like their bigger brother a standard Holiday Inn. Evening reception was nice touch, even though the beer was a little warm. Had a room problem and they moved me to a two room suite. Sheets were a little old and had been washed many times- need to be replaced. Decent restraurants near by. Price seemed a little high for an Express- seemed like the price for a standard HI.

Not recognized as PC Member and no gift bag.
Room AC seemed to cool ok but the room was humid.
Room fixtures are worn and aged. But housekeeping does a good job here keeping things clean. Morning breakfast host was friendly but the food offerings were lacking. Just average stay at best.

Was impressed by the cleanliness. Also, great since we could bring our dog along. Very accomodating to pets, and he was even given a doggie bag.

Nice stay-friendly staff. My only issue was I had requested a 2:00 PM checkout when I booked the room and upon check in. The hotel staff wrote this down when I checked in, but didn't relay the message to the a.m. staff and they knocked on the door at 11:00 and then called at 12:00 and again at 1:00 and again at 1:30 to see when I would be leaving. It was pouring rain, but I finally just left when they called again at 1:45 to see when I would be leaving. As a priority club member, the extended checkout is nice to have when working that evening in the same city, but not if I'm going to be asked continuously when I am leaving. I rather sit in the car somewhere and try to work.

Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Close to airport with easy in and out. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff here is very nice. If you stay there more weeks than one they will also work to try to keep you in the same room each week if you would like to be. They always treat priority club members well. Will stay again.

Every time I stay at this location I have a great experience.... I was there on business for about a month. The staff took great care of me and my associates! I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Goldsboro to anyone!... Thank you so much to Pilar, Chantay, Katie, Kathy, Tisa, the breakfast ladies, and everyone else behind the scenes.... My experience was very memorable!.... Thank you so much for everything.
