I have stayed in many hotels since I joined the Military. I am now retired, but I still travel and pay a lot of attention to the hotels I stay in. I know this hotel is rather new, but I have to say, it is clean, the staff is awesome, breakfast is good, the room colors made a big difference as well. The colors were smooth and relaxing alone with the way the room was laid out. . I was raised in Goldsboro, and this hotel is a great addition to the area. I have seen Goldsboro go from a little town with about 3 or 4 hotels to what it is today. I am very excited about the service and treatment I received while I was staying in your hotel. I cannot believe this hotel is actually in Goldsboro, I will be back.

I booked a room here because my boyfriend was coming home from a deployment. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The beds and the pillows were so comfortable! I love the look of the rooms and the bath soaps smell great! Not like your typical hotel lotions and soaps these were bath and body works! The only improvements I think that could be made is that the doors slam... It's not terribly loud, but it does get a little annoying. Also maybe some more breakfast choices like waffles or more pastries :-) Overall great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

During my extended stay ( because of the bad weather in the mid west) a fire alarm sounded in the hotel. Thankfully there was not a real issue. I was amazed that the numbers of people who came to the lobby because of there alarm. Kudos to Angie the on duty front desk clerk who handle the emergency incident in a professional and calm manner.
As a retired career fire chief I've seen how overwhelmed staff can get. Angie masterfully and professionally managed the 75-80 guest in the lobby and a timely resolution was accomplished.

We visited for a company meeting and upon first arrival the property was clean and check in staff very pleasant.
Room was spacious and clean when we arrived so no waiting was great.
Shower was spacious and had the shower head high enough for and for a tall guy like me that is important.
Beds were comfortable with many pillows to choose from.
The only complaint on my stay was the food truck that arrived at 5 am to give the entire front of the hotel a wake up call.

Made a quick trip to visit relatives on the spur of the moment and our stay here was great. Unfortunate timing of the pool being down due to maintenance disappointed our daughter, but overall a very clean and fresh hotel. Very quiet and within close proximity to several restaurants, the main Hwys and right behind the local WalMart. We will definitely stay here again.

I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever i visit family in NC. This time I chose to stay at HI Express in Goldsboro after noticing the pictures online. The hotel was exactly as the pictures online. Everything was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

My family and I were in town for my Aunt's birthday party. The attendant that was on duty the night of check-in was very polite and friendly! That set the tone for the duration of our stay. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff was nice also. Couldn't ask for anything more than that!! Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will have repeat customers.
