Room had not been cleaned i.e. found hair in one of the beds.no remote for TV. small ref. between beds? with food in it. The front dest had to check to make sure room had been cleaned when we were checking in at 4pm. They did have a good breakfast and the morning front desk clerks were very goodl with the check out.....

I was upgraded to an Ambassador suite with two TVs, spacious living area. Very convenient to have a sink and dressing area separate from full bathroom.

Overall, the hotel was fine, but showing signs of age. Nice, large outdoor pool which my kids enjoyed. Our room was very large and beds were comfortable. Room was clean, however, drapes and carpet looked dated. Carpet in the rooms and in the hallway could stand to be replaced. Bathroom was extremely small although there was a separate dressing area. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was average - the normal items at any HI Express.

This is the second time at this hotel. I stayed there the first time about 5 years ago on a drive to New Orleans. I had a good experience then, so made it a point to stay there this year when driving to New Orleans again. It has a good location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great. It had everything I needed.

The only person who did her job well and was friendly was Shawn in the breakfast area. One woman (no name tag) was snippy with me when I asked if there were any more eggs. Our room cleaning service was terrible. We got 3 towels each day for 4 people. You would think after asking for more the first night, they would have gotten a clue. The first night my daughter spilled some melted ice cream on the night stand, and it was never wiped up the whole time we were there. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned.. only beds were made and towels picked up. We had to ask for more towels every day.

Stay at hotel a total of 2 nights for business and room was NOT cleaned on a daily basis.

The carpet in my room had big white spots in the sink area and in front of the bed. The breakfast choices were limited. No bread for toast. No sausage and the bacon was greasy. The carpet in front of the coffee serving area was very dirty. As a premier member I should have had a paper, did not get one.

Very nice I stay here each time i am in Nashville. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The room rate is excellent and is easy access to the interstate. Very nice stay.
