Stay at hotel a total of 2 nights for business and room was NOT cleaned on a daily basis.

The carpet in my room had big white spots in the sink area and in front of the bed. The breakfast choices were limited. No bread for toast. No sausage and the bacon was greasy. The carpet in front of the coffee serving area was very dirty. As a premier member I should have had a paper, did not get one.

Very nice I stay here each time i am in Nashville. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The room rate is excellent and is easy access to the interstate. Very nice stay.

I needed a room with a fridge. Upon entering the room we noticed no fridge. Called the front dest and were accommodated with a room change. However later that night the fridge went out. We did not call for service because it was so late. We got ice to keep meds cold thru the night. Also the clock and night table light did not work. I would think those things would be checked after every guest checks out. We were disappointed with this location.

I always try to stay at HIE. Our room was very clean and guy at front desk was very polite and kind. Will stay here again next time I pass through!

Stayed twice within the last week. On the first visit we had three very good desk attendants (guest relations) who were very upbeat and helpful. On the second visit their seemed to be miscommunications between the two attendants behind the desk. The male attendant seemed to have messed up our check-in process which the other mgr had already had in place waiting for us, causing a timely check-in. Later, he was witnessed attending to an elderly couple by accompanying them to their room and he took them to the wrong floor in the elevator.
We have stayed at this location for several trips in the past several years and this was the first time I had witnessed any issues. Our visits have always been top notch and comfortable.

We were in a complete rush to the watch the last bit of the NCAA Championship game. Luckily they had the game on in the lobby. We also had a good quick check in. The room was comfortable and clean. Internet connection was good. After the game, we walked across the parking lot to a local mexican restaurant. The food and margaritas were fab! Needless to say, we didn't wake up for breakfast. =)

We stayed here 2 years ago and the elevators were broken. We tried this past week and the key card machine was broken. We had reserved an Ambassador suite and I asked for discount. The GM was on site and discounted the room by $10. The GM then proceeded to put us in a "suite" that was a janitors closet with a bathroom. There is no doubt in my mind that the GM did this because of the $10 discount. I complained that the dump of a suite was unsatisfactory and suddenly we were moved to a very nice suite -- with more than 1 window!! We stayed there a few days later -- to tired to make a change -- and again the key card machine was down. This time, I decided to eat the possible $10 discount. We make every effort to stay at Holiday Inn Express locations when we travel, but this place was terrible. Be warned if you reserve here!!!!
