The only two things that stood out to me was there was a few tape and bed joints that where coming off the wall and the curtain wasnt long enough to keep all the light out. When I sleep love it to be pitch black. But I felt was very good place to stay. February 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service? Hotel was nice for small town, but as others mentioned, in need of thorough carpet cleaning or replacement. First impression when pulling up in driveway, then coming in - of clerk standing by front door on cell phone, smoking a cigarette, while we waited at front desk for her return - NOT good. Business meeting for this day was delayed, resulting in request for late/2pm checkout (as supposedly allowed to Rewards Club member), but informed by surly staff & elusive manager, was not possible, due to 'rooms already rented for the night'....an insult to my intelligence, since there were no more than ten cars in entire parking lot the previous night. For my own information, went online and found PLENTY of rooms available for the alleged 'full' night in question. Guess when you're one of the newer hotels in a small town, you don't have to worry about customer service. In summary: nice property for locale, but customer service....seriously lacking.
