Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First Impression-clean and reasonable. Our show reservations for "The Promise" in Glen Rose was cancelled due to bad weather. We decided to play cards in the lobby. I used the Ladies Room just off the lobby. I realized there was no soap in the dispenser to wash my hands. I notified the Front Desk the Ladies Room needed soap and toilet seat covers. After about 2 hours I used the Ladies Room again. Still no soap or seat covers. I asked the gentleman at the desk again. He told me the supplies were all locked up for the weekend. The next morning after breakfast, still no soap or seat covers. I told the lady at the front desk. She opened a drawer and pulled out a bar of soap. She tried to hand it to me. I didn't take it but I presumed she would put it in the Ladies Bathroom. She did not! May 27, 2015

I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn before and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and just overall appearance of the Holiday Inn Express in Granbury. The staff were super nice and very helpful. The free breakfast surprised us the most with the selections and the quality. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning of our stay. The staff person in charge of replenishing was so good at keeping things full and fresh. The pool was very clean as well. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was okay, and the pool was warm enough to take my 7 month old son into. I would stay here again. May 5, 2015
