One of the two rooms I rented for them did not have working AC. I was charged full price for this uncomfortable room. I was embarrassed that they had to endure a night in a hot room. The staff said they could do nothing because they were full - didn't even offer a fan! My cousin's wife had to ask for one. We will not use this facility again!

Excellent service and room. Stayed on 4th floor, Suite . Only negative I can think of is "slow" elevator service. After the first few attempts, we started taking the stairs. Not a problem, needed the exercise.

Great place. Quick weekend trip to see family. Room was clean, cool and comfortable. Will stay again next year. Staff was nice.

It would have been a excellent place to stay except for the thing you rent a room for. The mattress was way to hard for me and way to high. Hard to get into the bed.

I travel for business there several times per year and I normally stay there but the Manager was very rude. I will be staying at another hotel from now on and I am a Spire member.

We stayed a total of 3 nights. I am a platinum member and I used my rewards points. First night they pulled 20.00 from my credit card, second night 20, third night 45. The 45.00 has still not cleared itself from my bank. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns with my points, and they did not require this of me. Not exceptable in my opinion. You hold my money for days and you make interest on it. Yet, if I did not use any money for incidentals and I needed it for a small emergency, I would not be able to use my own money, cause it's being held up. Why don't you run the cards every time something is purchased???? There are numerous other options that you could incorporate and not hold people's money for numbers of days, and they did not use it.

This hotel is location is easy to get and close to places to eat. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Little disappointed in the breakfast. Eggs were flat like pancakes! Checking in was odd. Arrived at hotel at 2:40 and wouldn't let us check in until 3 o'clock. Same thing happen last year so must be policy of this hotel. Seems a little odd that all rooms are not ready till three and all at the same time.
