Stayed in king Jacuzzi room and the standard king room..rooms were very nice and well set up...had a great weekend , pool was nice, breakfast was above expected..only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and couldn't sleep the last night more then 2 hours from back pain. Overall stay was great and I would go back if there was a different choice of beds.

THe hotel told us on check in that breakfast was from 6:00am to 11:00 am as it was a holiday. Breakfast was not served until 7:00am and ended at 10:00am. The hotel is wooden and extremely noisy. In the room on the door was a sign stating checkout was 12:00noon. I left the hotel at 9:00am and told the desk clerk that I would be right back and gave her my room number so no one would clean it . I returned at 10:00am and my room keys didn't work. the desk clerk said someone else had said they were in my room number so she had checked them out. I was given new keys and thank goodness my clothes were still there. I had to ask for a copy of my bill and had to wati as the room had already been checked out. since I had prepaid in full someone got off free. The breakfast was luke warm . I was never recognized as a priority club member . The room had no kleenex or note paper.

Whenever we visit family in the area, our first choice for overnight accommodations is Holiday Inn Express in Grand Blanc. We appreciate the helpful and pleasant service of staff and cleanliness of the facilities, plus the hot breakfast in the morning. My husband is allergic to strong smelling deodorizers and cleaning agents and we never have to worry---there are no strong fragrances in our room. Britney (??) greeted us at the desk when we arrived after our long day, and we appreciated her warm welcome and our room upgrade. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express....we appreciate you.

Our stay at this property was great. We stayed for family wedding and were very pleased. the beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent with many choices. Would definitely stay again.

This was not their most comfortable bed, but I was still able to sleep with minimal interruptions. Will ask for a different room next time. Cleanliness was up to their usual high standard. Breakfast tasty and fresh as always. Coffee tasted exceptionally good.
The lack of lucid instructions for operating the TV and box prompted me to call staff to come up for help. They were very focused on meeting my needs and genuinely apologized for the lack of written instruction, and for my inconvenience in missing most of the program I was hoping to watch.

Clean, in good condition. This bed was extremely comfortable, with excellent support and comfortable pillows. Complimentary breakfast was fresh, well stocked and very tidy. Standard selection. The waffles are a guilty pleasure...

I stayed at this HI as it was one of a few places with power in the area..I prefer HI properties..even tho I could have stayed closer to home at different places. Employees were very good (helpful;) I do believe that they could have provided extra hours; help w/ food service....Most? guests were there to wait out our 48 hour power outage...Couldn't you have a contingincy (sp) to extend food service? I had to leave to get take out food..I was not the only one..everyone I saw did the same ...going out for takeout, to bring back to an air conditioned room!
