I was so pleased, that even thought their appeared to be a lot of other customers, the front staff was very fast checking me in and very helpful explaining nearby restaurant hours. The room was very clean and comfortable, The experience was exactly as I was hoping. May 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Internet is terrible Takes a long time to get connected and sometimes you can't get connected at all if there are a lot of guests using it. When you finally get connected, it is soooo slow you can get a coffee between clicks. May 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Grand Canyon I stayed here because of its proximity to Grand Canyon and that worked out great. The internet service was virtually non-existent my entire stay. As far as i could ascertain, this was typical and was not an anomaly. The biggest problem with the immediate area was the absence of many good restaurants. It was a big disappointment. May 21, 2015

The wireless internet was never available, and when my wife asked about the internet so that she could access her email to complete some work requirements, the staff suggested she awaken at 1 am when no one was using the internet. Unbelievable and we were there in two rooms (me, my wife, my son, my stepson, and my stepdaughter - all adults), and we were never able to access the internet. May 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Guests Our stay at the Holiday Inn would have been much better had the guests around us been more respectful to their neighbors. The hotel was comfortable, but it is not soundproofed well at all. Also, the fan would not stay on at night to drown out noisy neighbors. People had their kids running up and down the hall early in the morning without paying any attention to the people around them. My parents never would have let me behaved that way at a hotel when I was a child. The breakfast was mediocre. The hotel was not cheap, but the proximity to the Grand Canyon made it very convenient. We would maybe be back, but definitely request a room at the end of the hall. We were almost at the end...but that didn't stop us from having loud people on both sides. May 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great management who accomodate individual needs the facility was modern, and management met all expectations despite the fact the facility was completely sold out. The breakfast bar was kept full and operating the next morning when it was overrun by guests of the facility. Room was extremely clean and temperature was maintained throughout the night.
