No surprises Quality Hotel with great staff. This was are second visit and will stay again in the future.

Good location close to South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. Quiet and clean place, good breakfast. Nice staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and although the front desk employees were very courteous, they made a couple of errors at checked-out:
1- the receipt given to us belonged to other guests who were checking out at the same time. This was corrected when we reviewed the receipt.
2- We were charged twice for our stay (to two different credit cards). Once we returned home, we noticed the error and notified the billing dept. It has been corrected.

excellent place to stay...only downside was the pool/hot tub area. it was really small. hoping for a bigger pool. but the breakfast was great and the service was excellent.

With great service and great location being said it is hard to write this, the rooms are extremely noisy. We (husband/I) checked into a suite last week, at the time we were early check in and all staff was helpful in making that happen. We returned after dinner to commotion (talking, fighting, jumping, slamming doors) in both rooms to the sides. We heard it all, did not miss a word said! The building has paper thin walls, I could have lived with doors slamming but listening all night long to ongoing screams, yelling at each other is not acceptable. I called the desk at one point and someone (?) was sent over, we heard that conversation. But overall did not want to hear any of that, we checked out the next morning! My recommendation, if you are a light sleeper, don't stay here!

Orginally reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, called to see if we could get a King but it was all booked, then received a call back from Elizabeth and there was a cancelation of a suite room that fit our family of 5 perfectly with no extra cost! Elizabeth was fabulous with great customer service and we enjoyed spending time as a family in a suite that was tastefully done and beautiful! Will definetly stay again next time out! Breakfast was good, only problem was there wasn't enough seating, had to wait a few but it wasn't that bad. Was a little concerned that it would be too far away from the Grand Canyon but it was literally a 10 min drive if that to the entrance.....so not a big deal at all.
