Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top level service When you own a business you can sometimes be picky about the level of service you get about any place you go. From the time we checked in to the time we left the staff at this clean property was top notch. They were fun and funny. They were very helpful when we ask for referrals of what to do and where to go. I should have taken their names so I could give them even more credit but they were all so good. They also worked very well together. When we registered and checked out they were busy but they all worked together and made those that were waiting for help seem like they saw them and noticed them. When we checked in and left they said thank you for joining and we were not sure that we joined anything, but they still made us feel like we belonged to something great. Even though we purchased our room from another vendor, at no time did staff make us feel like we were their most important customer. Thank you for a great stay. February 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing and not up to the caliber of other Holiday Inn Express Hotel While the location was perfect the hotel needs to be refurbished. Beds uncomfortable, bathroom area small, toilet seat in need of repair. We only stayed one night so it was tolerable but would not recommend for an extended stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and informative reception This hotel had a good first impression appearance. The reception person at the front desk was friendly and informative. We used the whirlpool hot tub which was nice and warm and was not being used by many people. The room had comfortable beds and pillows. The room heater thermostat did function properly and had to be turned off manually. The access to the room was good by use of the elevator. The parking was adequate and lighted. The breakfast was very good but a bit crowded during the peak morning time. February 18, 2015
